Very rude, arrogant, sarcastic, and upsetting behavior. Called to ask a simple question, and the person named "DAVE" if thats his real name, answered my questions, and before I could ask another he hung up on me. I called back and his response for his behavior was that I was lucky he picked up, because they arent open on weekends. Please do us all a favor, and dont pick up if you dont have the skills, we will all be better off waiting for someone who cares. 1 star, and never going to this store, and would agree with the person underneath me.

I have been using Artcraft for over a year now, and their prices simply cannot be beat, especially for the high quality and high volume printing that we do! I have never had a bad experience with either David nor any of his employees. In fact, they are usually bending over backwards trying to crank out my last minute orders, and they do it with a smile on their faces. I feel very fortunate to have such a great relationship with Artcraft, and I look forward to going in every few weeks to pick up our latest printing job.
