I went to this store to mail an item I sold on Ebay. The first time I stopped by, they were closed. The second time I stopped by, I checked the hours online, then stopped by, and they were closed. The hours online said they closed at 7:30, the front door said 7:00. The third time I stopped by they finally open and mailed my package for $25 (still unreasonably expensive for a lightweight 14x14 box), it was mailed via "metered" mail through the UPSP. This service is one of the few that DOES NOT have a tracking number, which I was not told when I mailed my package. This store doesnt even have the option to mail something with a tracking number from USPS. I also wasnt told there was no insurance included or even offered the option to purchase extra insurance. Now my item is missing and I am out $350, plus the $25 I paid to have the package mailed (lost) and the original cost of $75 for my item. For a grand total of $450 out of pocket... When I called the store, they said there was nothing they could do and they "always" offer tracking. Absolutely not true in my case, I would avoid this store at all cost.

The owner "Tim" has no customer service skills. I did not understand that you can no longer mail a package back to a business using their UPS account number. I asked a question to try and understand this change. Tim, the owner, made noises and treated me as an idiot. The change was made two years ago so I should have know about change and why. I was helped to mail my packages by an employee. This employee told me he was sorry five time. I call the UPS store on 2499 and asked them the same question about third party mailing. They explained why and when the change was made. I will not go back to the 407 store even though it is right by my house and it is the UPS store that I have used since it opened. What an awful experience created by a awful man. I can not believe Tim owns a business and a customer service business at that!!!

I walked in to this UPS Store to ask one of the attendants about renting a mailbox. I wasnt greeted, I was stared at by the man who was working there, and when I approached the counter forcing him to say something, he looks at me and says "Sup?" as if I was one of his friends. Mind you, this was a man that looked to be in his 40s which means he should have known better than that. He could use a lesson in manners and has very little respect for his customers. I strongly suggest you find another place for your postal needs, because you will get nothing but high prices and disrespect here.

I use thier services to ship large items that need to be packed for my business, every time I go in I have great service, with no issues. I get my tracking number and everything. I use them about 3 times a week. Never have had an issue.
