Last year I had a really good experience with this place. This year, not so much. I went in to buy my political science workbook, textbook, and lab code. When I opened the lab code I noticed the book store had gave me the wrong one, so I went back to tell them the problem, expecting them to give me the right one. I ended up asking for a refund, in which they gave me half price back because I opened the lab. I dont see how thats fair when THEY were the ones to give me the wrong lab. Also, last year I purchased a social work book which came with a social work lab. I only need the lab, so I tried to sell the bookstore the actual book. They said they would take it for $10. The book was BRAND NEW. Last thing, when you get books from there they always assume youre going to buy it. Stupidly enough, for some books theres only a dollar difference in renting and actually buying the book.

I went into Campus Bookstore, expecting to save loads on my books but was just going in to ask how much my books would be, they pulled all my books anyway off the shelves and assumed I was going to buy them but when I asked the cashier how much my total would be she said rudely that it would be around $400, and I said I would keep looking around. She threw all my books onto the floor and rudely asked for the next person in line to come forward. I stopped myself from calling her a bad name. I went online to look at Barnes and Nobles prices and other online text book rental companies, and I have save over $150 on my books!! I have also tried to sell books back to them and they tried to give me 8 dollars back for a book that i bought from them for over 100. DO NOT GO TO HERE!!!!!

Terrible bookstore! Stay away from here if you want your books on time! I order a book one day, January 26th, when their system was down and they said they would fill out the order the next day, January 27th, and said it would be there by Friday the 30th. I went back 2 weeks later not having received my book and they didnt even order it for me! So on February 11th they said they placed the order and it should be there by February 16th. Well guess what, it wasnt. So I asked when it would be and they said we have no idea. DO NOT BUY BOOKS HERE UNLESS THEYRE IN STOCK. Personally Ill just stick to my amazon shopping or barnes and noble

I have been a customer here for each of my 8 semesters at UNT and have ALAWAYS had great experiences. The prices here are almost always (if not totally) cheaper than the university bookstore, and they carry all the same books that professors require. The only books I have not gotten from here are course packets (obviously) and specialty books that may only be required (or optional) from specific professors. For 99.99% of cases, however, Campus Bookstore will have what you need and will sell it to you for less than other stores. Great place to do business with!

The screen on my cell phone is broken. I took my cell phone and they had it for almost a month because the wrong part was sent twice. I eventually had to take my phone back. The prices may seem tempting, but this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Great prices and great customer service! I bought books there all 4.5 years that I was in school and the employees were always extremely helpful. The lines get pretty long at the beginning of the semester, but thats expected. Best place to buy and sell books in Denton

This place was great. Amazing customer service by drew and calvin(i believe thats what their names were). I thought my phone was done for, but i decided to bring it in to see if it was salvageable. They had it fixed within 25 minutes, and for a good price.

Good books for a better price, bought some of my books for NCTC here, they didnt have all 4 I needed, but I got 3 of them for a better price. If you go to NCTC definitely call and ask its as easy as that.

They repair iphone and sell on ebay but you wont get what they descriped item. You buy iphone 4S but you will get iphone 4 with a 4 S case only. !! Very sneaky guy.

Do not buy from these people, they sold a calculator which was not working to me. Do not buy their products posted on amazon, they always carry bad goods.
