I went in to see if I could return a book that I had ordered online. The cashier helping me was very friendly, but then the assistant manager came and said that the book couldnt be returned to the store because they didnt carry it there which meant I would have to ship it back. I was fine with that but it was the fact that the assistant manager was right in front of me, telling the cashier to tell me this. And I then asked the cashier about a shipping label for the book and the assistant manager interrupted telling her, right in front of me again, to call customer service for further assistance because they had other customers to attend to. I dont know how hes an assistant manager, but that service turned me off to the store completely.

Had a book fall off their display and onto my toe. I tried to ask an employee (walking through the store)to point me in the bathroom because my toe was bleeding ALOT and he cut me off mid sentence saying he couldnt help me because there was someone at the help desk that was there before me. Told me I needed to wait in line to be helped. I proceeded to tell him my question wasnt book related and he cut me off again and told me to wait in line quietly. Rude rude rude employee. I was never rude. I waited in line....still bleeding....to ask where the bathroom was. Didnt make purchase and am making sure to let EVERYONE know what a horrible experience I had.

The selection is absolutely terrible. They very seldom restock and only carry very popular selections of very big name authors. Do not waste your time going in without calling ahead to see if they have the tittle you want. Piss poor quality for a store this size

Six out of ten times I look online and call they say they have a book in stock. When I get there to pick up my lovely read they say its not on hand. When they have something prices are good but the response of, "It probably got stolen" is unacceptable.

This is the best bookstore I have ever went to! It has all kinds of books. Childrens, Religious, How tos, Manga, and much more! It even has many puzzles and collectibles and many other great things. I definitely recommend this bookstore!

Hard to get assistance, but its still well kept and has a nice variety of things. I wish they would learn that more floor help would generate a lot more sales.

I love to come here on my spare time read magazine and hand out in there cafe shop. This book store is a wonderful place to study.

Make a right onto mall feeder road. You should see it on your left once you reach the first or second stop sign. Nice new store.

My daughter loves the childrens section and the cafe! They have story time every Tuesday which is nice.
