I called in before going in to sell my books and the owner was super rude to me and made me feel stupid. When I did bring in my books to sell them, he was probably worse in person. He was super rude and unfriendly. I had about 20-30 books I havent even used and I only got $5 from it, and he didnt accept all of them. IHorrible service, I dont recommend you go here at all. Not to mention the store was super messy and smell.

The first time I came here, I was amazed at the selection of books. Brad, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about books. His assistant is helpful, too. I believe the prices are fair and prices on some books are marked down eventually (to make room for new inventory, I would guess). Im happy that there is such a great, locally-owned book store serving Fargo.

I LOVE BDS Bookstore! They usually always have the book Im looking for and at a really great price! The man that owns the bookstore is very helpful and very friendly! I love to go there and just read or chat with the man at the counter! One of my very favorite places to shop for myself or gifts for other people! I recommend it to everyone I know to go there!

A classic used book store with books up to THERE! Brad the owner is great and I make a real point to stop by every time Im in Fargo. Great selection and prices that are appropriate. Think Ill pop by some time early next week...

You wont find another book store like this in Fargo. It has a special charm about it that makes you feel like you came to the right place for a good story. The staff there is very friendly and helpful!

This guy has LOTS of books, like the old guy at beginning of The Neverending Story. A big plus is while he gives bottom dollar, he does buy used books.
