Im glad to have a b&n in the area because theres not much else around here, but in comparison to other b&ns this location is OK. Parking can be awkward. Coffee is hit or miss but service is generally good. Kids section is good and the shop is usually clean. The frustrating thing for me with this shop is that I can rarely find the books Im looking for, either they dont stock it or their system shows they have it but it cant be found on the shelves (employees have always been eager to help) - overall a good place to go just wish their selection was a little more varied, organized.

Love it. My husband is addicted to their coffee place. Likes it better than Starbucks. (How, you say? Because they use the same coffee. I dont know, but I like it better, too... Maybe they blend it better or give us full pumps of mocha..? Not sure.) And we love the baristas there. And we love the bookstore itself. They sometimes do reading for kids in the late mornings, they have a train set for kids to play with, and a reading table for the kiddos, too. Its great. The rest of the store is great, clean, and fun to browse. Love making this place a nearly-daily stop.

The first two times i went in there was amazing my drinks and food was amazing but the 3rd time my friend ordered a Java Chip and the worker names Shellby was being rude and when she was suppose to call her name she said her is a drink for someone and throws it when she tried the drink it was watery and we took it back and got a new one by another worker who was respectful and nice.

I called ahead to seenif there were books on a certain topic, and was given a couple of titles that fit my needs. The employee asked if I would like the books held, and when I arrived at the store later, there they were. I was checked out rapidly and was on my way in good time, even.allowing.thentime.Id spent browsing and purchasing additional items. This store is a gem.

Good selection of books and great environment. Make sure you stop by the café, if not for the coffee then for the eye candy. Apparently they only hire male super models. One has the body of a hebrew god. Mmm ;)
