Honestly every visit is something different, and Ive shopped at the current location and the old. Most of the staff is friendly, engaging, and helpful; some others not so much, and on more than one occasion... Great collection of collectables, figures and games ranging all over place, which is amazing! Its so easy to lose track of time there, especially with the arcade right across the entrance. Dysfunctionally organized though. They pretty much have the store layed out by fandoms or within similar interests, but not everything is marked, usually not a problem in similar shops, but it seems like prices will vary on who you talk to or whoever happens to be around at that time, or the mood for the day. Ive had issues where prices have changed because one person thought it was too low of a price compared to what some else thought or said. Or in once instance I made a bulk purchase and noticed a missing figure, went back to talk to them about it, the cashier said someone wasnt paying attention to where it was placed and it didnt work for the pricing set for the other figures, none of which were actually marked, that I was purchasing but failed to mention he wasnt going to ring me up for the item. They have these bins of unmarked items ranging from damaged figures, parts, weapons, incomplete figures, whatever...basically a grab bag of loose stuff without any pricing. Trying to buy something out of them can sometimes be difficult. Once or twice I was denied the ability to purchase something it because it belonged to a "set" but no one cared enough to bag said set together, instead bits and pieces are scattered amoungst all the drawers/bins and some parts are already damaged since theyre just carelessly thrown into these said bins. At this point you would assume no one really cares enough to worry about it, up till the point of purchase. Im not trying to slam here, its just a weird inconsistency on visits. Still enjoy the place overall and its nice to see what youre getting in person verses trolling eBay or whatever. Definitely come in and experience it for yourself!

I had called about a Super Mario World game and they had 1 in stock. Before I could get out to the store, they had sold that copy - I had not asked them to hold. The store called me to let me know they had sold the copy, even though I hadnt asked for a call back or update. That is "retro" customer service and it is much appreciated by a "retro" chick who came from a generation where customer service was in the dictionary! Thank you to Retro Madness - you gained a customer for life and I have 7 grandchildren to show the old school, cool school ways of Zelda & Super Mario! Ill tell them stories of when "Santa" had to test the SNES system before he drooped it under the tree for their Momma or Daddy!!

This is the best place within a hefty mile radius to find different collectibles all in one place. Excellent Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Spawn, and Funko Pop selection, but theres at least a little bit of everything. Retro games selection is solid, with a good stock of consoles and a good mix of classic and hidden gem games for each system. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Very neat store and arcade. Good prices. Charging cover for the coin arcade is a little odd, most places Ive seen charge a cover have the arcades as free play. Overall a good place.

I love coming to this shop. The owners are really friendly and helpful. You can find anything from your childhood in this shop.. I wouldnt go to other shop ever again.
