This is not only the best bookstore in Arlington, but the best bookstore I have been to anywhere. The staff cares about the customers and very actively attempt to find the best deals and will match prices in most cases. While you may not get the cheapest price compared to some online sellers that send you raggedy copies for $25, you will leave with your materials and most of all, a confidence that if any issues arise they will contact you. This semester I ordered a book for my Social Work class and there was a backorder, then some issues with the publisher. To make a long story short, I basically waited 2 weeks for the book. However, they called me with frequent updates, offered to open the store early for me or stay late when it did arrive, and when a new copy arrived and I had been quoted for used price, they honored the used price while giving me a brand new book. Kevin and the staff are top notch. For all of my textbook, supplies or even UTA swag needs I would rather suport them than anyone else. I would suggest you do the same.

I always utilize this bookstore as my "one stop shop" rather than going to my universitys bookstore. They have saved me hundreds of dollars over this past year. Excellent customer service and affordable books and supplies are the reasons I keep going back. My most recent experience was returning a book & renting a new one for Wintermester. Michelle V. went above and beyond in providing me excellent customer service. I called ahead due to the limited amount of time I had and she made it possible for me to be in and out in no time. Thanks again Michelle!

Im working on my masters and doing it online because of work/family life I expected the usual hassle picking up my books or having to order them and getting through weekday traffic from Dallas to make it happen. I called on Campus Bookstore less than a week before my class was scheduled to begin and Jason alleviated all my concerns related to last minute book rentals and purchases. We corresponded via email and made my transactions stress free. Customer service was impeccable...definitely doing business with them again!

I had no idea that this place even existed! The UTA bookstore is too expensive for the prices, I was looking for another affordable place to go buy/rent books for a reasonable price! I am glad that I came here, I got two Scrantons free and a discount from a textbook! Definitely will return, this is the best campus bookstore; the staff is extremely friendly, makes you want to shop there for the rest of your college years!

This place is awesome. First, its across the street from school. Second, they saved me $120 on books this semester. And thirdly, they are willing to help and greet with a friendly smile. The only complaint, but I feel its a major one, is not receiving books either in a reasonable amount of time or at all. I know its not necessarily the staffs issue, but the company should be better about this.

This is a great bookstore! They have worked endlessly to serve me and help me get all the booms Ive needed since my freshmen year. So often have they either drove out to other locations or over-nighters books to get them there for me in a rush. I really recommend these people. The understand college students and have good owners who work with us.

One of the most crappiest bookstore of all. They are unorganized and dont have their books in order. They dont have the books you need when you need them and they dont even bother to call you even when they have already paid for the books! You are so much better off getting them somewhere less even though you need to pay more.

I love this place! I was eating pizza at a place nearby and just decided to go in. Ive ordered my books here ever since. They have a great atmosphere and an even better customer service. Also they have a great selection of custom UTA apparel!
