Never been to the on-campus store hover the customer service via phone conversation has been a trying experience. Not mentioning any names however a few representatives have provided me with conflicting information to include lying concerning issues concerning Veterans Education Benefits along with stating that they "will call or email a student back". For the individuals that are on-line, dont forget that a 1905 is needed for UTA and the bookstore because in reality, the Bookstore has the UTA by name only, but it is owned and run by another organization. I just wish the information concerning the need for multiple 1905s should have been on the UTAs Veterans Link or most importantly, the UTA Bookstore instead of the over abundance of sales and advertisements.

Unfortunately its the standard price of a bookstore for a university. Last week I tried to order books from Chegg and decided to cancel the order because the bookstore "price matches." Let me explain their way of price matching: You buy the book for the price UTA Bookstore is selling/renting it at, then they give you the difference of the books full price - your price match in a form of a gift card. SERIOUSLY? I cant believe they have even the nerve to call that price matching! What a joke! I will never buy books from here, EVER! The service is however helpful. Whenever I walk upstairs the student workers jump to their feet for support. Never had an issue.

Every time I come in here, Im met with people who do not know what is going on. Last semester, I ordered my books online to pick up. I got the email that they were ready so I went to pick them up. I had to wait an hour. I thought maybe they are busy. Today I went in about a buyback program for old electronics, nobody knew about it. It turns out they only accept apple and Samsung products. It is not in the ad.

The bookstore at UTA has a wide variety of supplies, UTA merch, and the books that are required for classes at UTA. The staff are mostly students who understand what being a student is like and are ready to help in any way needed. Recently, the bookstore added a Starbucks that is connected to the same building. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to meet up with friends, read, or do homework.

This bookstore has never given me any trouble. All my visits are quick and painless. If I need a scantron, its in one area, and if I need a notebook, its in another. All rental transactions are upstairs; I should also note that I placed an order for several books at 3PM, and by 6PM that same night they became available. Cant ask for much more than that. :)

Standardly pricey for a college bookstore, but the staff had set this one apart, particularly the gentlemen working in the electronics section. My 9 year old son, who is mildly autistic, likes to mess around on computers and has a habit of breaking them. The gentleman in this section was very patient with my son and engaged him extremely well.

I do love the UTA bookstore - it has essentials in addition to textbooks. Currently under construction as of July, which makes maneuvering around in the store a bit difficult, but Im sure it will look fantastic when it is finished.
