I had little time to get my phone fixed unless I wanted to wait a week- being busy with work and summer school. I had gone to another phone repair shop. They mistook my iPhone SE for an iPhone 5, and I killed two hours only to be told they couldnt fix it because, "the charging ports arent the same"- which- of course theyre different. So I only have 3 hours before work, I see this place off the highway on my way home. The charge is almost double what the other place was charging me, but they ASSURED ME they could fix it. I went ahead and did it. The guys at CPR were far more professional and they communicated everything that was going to happen much better. Instead of giving me a window of, give me until "two or three or four" to finish, they said to give an hour to hour and a half. I would barely have time to pick it up. Now my phone was messed up in the charging port, it had also been wet, it say in the rain for a few minutes too. I put it in rice which got most of the moisture out, but I busted the charging port. Not only did they have it finished on time, they gave me updates and were not afraid to tell me, "the screen was flickering (from the leftover water probably) but we are trying to get it to stop." Fair enough, I waited a couple minutes and they brought out the phone working like new charging, screen bright- flawless! Not only that, the technician came from the back to show me the charging port had been fixed and the phone was functioning properly. That to me was going above and beyond combined with the other services and courtesy. You get what you pay for, and when I say it was almost double as the other place- 45 compared to 80.. $80 is NOT BAD AT ALL. Under $100 to me for a reliable service like this is definitely worth it. With these guys you pay for trust, reliability, courtesy, and quality. Highly recommend if you need any electronics fixed. PS I listened while I was waiting with one of the guys working. Someone had a very old iPod they wanted fixed and since they didnt have the part, the sales guy was willing to work with him on the deposit to have it looked at. These guys are extremely helpful and courteous. 5 stars all the way.

After my cell phone made it to the bottom of the pool on the 4th of July I was sure that I would have to get a new phone. Being that I refuse to change my grandfathered plan with ATT to the Next Plan I knew my options were to either attempt to get my phone fixed or buy a new phone out right. In looking up cell phone repair on Google I found this place and it was right down the street from my work. In stopping into the store the staff was extremely helpful and let me know that there was a 50 / 50 chance my phone would work. In opening the phone there was still water everywhere. I was sure it was done for at that point. Adnan the tech was able to bring my phone back to life in a matter of 24 hours or so!!! I was amazed that this actually worked due to the amount of water that was inside the case. I dont leave reviews online often but these guys are absolutely worthy of a great review. They always answered the phone when I called, addressed all my questions, offered me great service at a very fair price, and brought my phone back to life.

This has been a horrible experience, bought my daughters table in on the 5th and explained to them I needed back by the 17th for my daughter birthday. First I received my table back after a few days with different color screen then what was on it before, explained once again its not for but for my daughter, they said it wouldnt be a problem and it would take 3-5 business days to receive the part. After the 5th day I called and they said maybe theyll receive the part sometime the next week, this would be a total of 3 weeks to replace a scene for a table, when I asked if theres anything they could do, they replied I could call around and get fixed somewhere else, horrible. Dont waste time or money

Went in for a $99 iPhone 5 screen replacement, was told it would take up to an hour and they had it finished in 30 minutes. Works great and they give a180 day warranty. Saved a few bucks and it was quicker compared to the other cell phone repair companies I got a quote from. UPDATE : my replacement screen is acting glitchy and sometimes makes it impossible to use the iPhone. Going to call today and see if they will replace the screen..... I got a replacement screen for free because I was within the 180 day warranty. Still happy with the great service!

I would have given 5 stars but the wait time far exceeded their estimates. I dropped my phone off at 10am and was told it would be around 2pm before it was ready. Came back and it wasnt done.Given a new time of 5pm. Still not completed. Finally was ready around 6:15. The price was more than fair and their careful work prevented me from having to replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy5. But, the long wait and their inability to gauge time for repair was an issue for me. However, that being said, I would gladly recommend them and will.

I researched several places before I chose CPR to fix the screen on my iPhone 5s. They lived up to my expectation in every way. Unfortunately, after the repair my phone had issues with the proximity sensor that shuts off the screen when youre talking on the phone. These things can happen with very sensitive devices. When I brought it back, they repaired it without any hassles. I measure good customer service by how a company deals with issues after the initial service. CPR stands behind their work and is a pleasure to deal with!

I had submerged my iPhone 5S in water the night before. I took it to Apple and they were only able to offer me a swap that wouldve cost me $269. I took it to this CPR shop after a very positive experience Id had with the same company up in Ohio in November. They fixed it completely for $70, the fingerprint even works again! (They said they were unsure if that capability could be restored.) Well done guys! Five stars all the way. Oh and it was ready in under an hour. Cant beat it!

Way over priced!!!!!!!! I broke the screen on my GS4. When I went to get it fixed I was assured the phone would look good as new. Upon receiving my phone after the repair, I noticed several bubbles stuck underneath the screen. Instead of offering to fix or replace the screen to remove the bubbles, the clerk offered to give me 4 dollars off on a phone case. Very Dis-satisfied. Avoid this shop, theyre a bunch of crooks.

Do not go here. Replaced galaxy s4 screen and they will leave bubbles in your screen and say they did not do it. I purchased a brand new phone and they are saying bubbles are from who ever fixed it first. I usually do not leave reviews but wanted to people to know to stay away. Plus the didnt even hook the antenna back up. They had to take it back apart to hook them back up. Use this place at your own risk
