I purchased my first computer from them over 6 years ago. Was custom built for my specific needs. Anytime I had a problem, with just a phone call, got an anwser and would be up and running again. I have had them upgrade 2 computers and purchased another from them and would recommend them to anyone. I also love their remote assistance. If you are having a problem with your computer, they can remotely access it and in most cases fix your problem without you having to haul it in to them or pay the higher price for an on location services call. I totally rely on these guys for all my computer needs and questions.

I have been very pleased with COMPUTER TECH service. I have gotten along very well with Ryan and we work well together. He is available when I have an emergency. I must say I am also very pleased with his billing compared to my prior computer guy. Ryan seems always to be in control of the situation-he feels confident he can solve the computer problem and he does it professionally.

Quick and almost painless! Basically got a whole new $1,700 revolt for $200! When my revolt, from ibuypower, tipped over and the fan and hard drive broke, it took half of a week to repair it, and it came dusted and cleaned. Great satisfaction!
