Starting your workday with a blue screen is never fun... and after trying every diagnostic, system repair, and hardware replacement option available, its pretty flustering when your system still wont boot up right! So I called in the big guns: Jeremy at PC Geeks McKinney. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, punctual and communicative. He is my go-to tech guru and I highly recommend him. Sometimes its worth taking your tower to a PC pro for fast and effective repairs - Id still be under my desk trying to diagnose an issue that I would have never found. Thanks Jeremy for the 5-star service!

We have entrusted Jeremy to fix not only my computer, but our entire familys computers. He is always easy to talk to and very helpful. He is very patient, even when he has to talk to someone who isnt knowledgeable about computers and explains things to them in understandable terms. Ive had Jeremy working on my computers for 6 yrs. Never has there been an issue of experience lacking. Hes always been pro-active and on top of everything. Every problem Ive had from major crashes, viruses, my errors of deleting wrong files and breaking them, he has always done an excellent job. His customer service level has always been above and beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere else. I will continue to take my computer issues to him wherever he may go in his computer in-devours.

OMG! Like Jeremy totally fixed two of my computers like it was nothing. And there were lots of issues with them. He did it really quickly also like in just a couple of days. Best service I have gotten in years! Forget Best Buy. I will always be coming back to PC geeks from now on. Especially if Jeremy is still there. Definitely referred this place to everyone I know.

2 stars because they were open at 10AM as posted, however thats all Ill offer. My experience included lack of communication and incomplete solutions. I was out 90 bucks. I took my issue to a competitor also on Eldorado who diagnosed the problem immediately and showed me how to fix it myself for 0 bucks.
