Went to CPR repair on 2/18/2017 and paid $350 to get a replacement LCD Digitizer/Front Glass and rear glass replacement. Please note that I purchased blemished/pre-cracked front and back because they did not have new ones in stock, but I needed the phone operational ASAP. Repair went fine and phone was functional. Fast forward to a week after the repair while I am out of town. The front glass is separating from the actual LCD itself, as well as little purple dots appearing on screen. Little purple dots indicate pixel failure, and the lifted glass indicates poor adhesion. The dots continue to spread across the phone similar to a rash and eventually turn black. While trying to keep the glass itself from falling off of the LCD I try and press and hold it down to adhere it causing a very minor crack which still has nothing to do with the pixel failure of the screen. Eventually the pixel failure spreads entirely over the screen turning it completely black and non-operational. Fast forward again to today 3/8/2017, come back into town and go to CPR repair to show them what happened and let them know that there was a faulty LCD screen put on the phone as well as the adhesion issue that was present. Instead of getting any warranty work I was told since there was a crack that there was nothing they could do about it. Also, being told that when the adhesion failure was occurring that I should have come straight there instead of trying to put the screen back down (like I can magically teleport states during work and do that). Instead they offered to sell me another screen and install for $199 and there was nothing they could do as far as warranty goes. Now why would I spend an extra $199 on another screen that clearly was faulty and should have been warrantied by them, thanks but no thanks. With that being said leaving with absolutely nothing to show for the wasted money with this company, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

CPR should mean cell phone rip off. One rep tells me it must be the charging port and requests $60 to diagnose. When I pick it up they tell me the software is jacked and the charging port doesnt cause the issue. When I asked what they did for $60 they said they tried a factory reset, tried replacing the battery and tried to access it through a USB. The same steps I told them I took before dropping it off. Dont waste your money and pay them a diagnosis fee.

This is probably the worst place I have ever gone to to get my phone fixed. I went back in November bc my screen was cracked, they charged me $250 to fix it. I went back because my LCD displayed was messed up and they were no help. They wanted to charge me another $180 even though my phone was under warranty. I will never go back and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. They were not helpful at all.

Third time that kid has told me that it wasnt possible to repair the device or replacement parts werent available. Funny part is the first two times they were able to fix it else where and this time he told me that they dont replace charging ports even though a different location in oklahoma refurbished my original and when that still gave me problems he apologized for the inconvenience and ordered a new charging port..

Very bad, I did bring to repair my iPone 5 s, they charge $145 to change the screen and they ever said me that change the battery too. Two months later the screen bottom comes put and they wants charge almost $60 to repair it. And the. battery is turned very hay when I plug in . Bad service and

I will admit they are about 15-20% higher than the strip mall guys. I think its because they order all manufacturer parts. They make up by going the extra mile and doing a great labor job and you wont have to get the job done every 3 months, over and over. Very knowledgeable. Very professional.
