If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is WAY more than this company deserves. My computer screen stopped working and I assumed it was the LCD or the motherboard. I call PC Repair Network and they agreed to pick up the computer at my house. The tech arrived on time and gave me a quote for the new LCD which I felt was fair compared to what I had found from Dell and The Geek Squad. The tech took my computer with him and said he would return it the following afternoon. Mid afternoon the owner of the company called asking if I had heard from the tech and instructed me to call him when the tech contacted me or to have the tech call him. I hung up from that call with a sick feeling in my stomach. I had my husband call Darrel (the owner) and find out what was going on. He told my husband that they had not been able to get ahold of the tech all day. It turned out that the tech was a temp worker and not a true staff member. He then instructed my husband to file a police report and to take any steps we felt necessary to protect us from identity theft. We did just that. He spoke with our neighborhood police officer while I spent all afternoon and early evening cancelling credit cards and changing passwords. This was a huge hassle and inconvenience. Shortly after I completed this task we were contacted by the tech and then by Darrel to say that my computer would be returned that evening. It was returned and it was fixed but the owner had the nerve to try to demand full payment. We finally settled but only to get my computer back. The owner was completely unreasonable. We were willing to pay for the part but felt that the service should be waived b/c of everything we went through in the process. The owner of this company was rude and unapologetic. He took no responsibility for the actions of the person he has representing his company. BEWARE. NEVER do business with this company!!!

Dont let a couple of bad customer experiences sway your decision to use this company. They did an excellent job for me. Daryl was on time and the price was as stated. My mother in laws laptop had a horrible virus on it. She could hardly even get on the internet with it. Daryl picked it up from my place of work, a television station in Dallas, and drop it back off to me in about 2 hours. The laptop worked great. The viruses were cleared off. He did such a great job on it I let him fix my sons laptop as well. Same thing... He picked it up from my place of work and returned it to me in about 2 hours. The laptop has worked great ever since. Daryl was on time every time. I cant speak for other computer repair issues, but I can attest that Darrells virus removal has been successful both times Ive used him. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional.

I was totally in situation where I had to have my computer repaired the same day. The hard drive i was told by Geek Squad was damaged and I needed to purchase another computer and all my data was gone. I looked up PC Repair Network after talking with one of there previous customers and dropped my computer off in Addison at 10:45am. Darrell, the technician was very polite and extremely, confident and knowledgeable regarding my situation. I received a call back around 12pm from him regarding the process of recovering my data. He called back again around 3pm and told me I could come and pick up my computer with all the data recovered and still in tact! Now, I dont trust big stores anymore but will definitely be using Darrell and PC Repair Network for all my PC repair needs. Highly Recommended definitely!

We had a liquid spill on our laptop and it would not turn on. My daughter had an important paper to do for school the next day. We went to other sources including Geek Squad who told us 2-4 weeks and $300-500 dollars or purchase a new laptop. Called Darrell at PC Repair Network and he assured us that he could get it up and running in a timely manner and cost efficiently. We dropped it off at the Addison location with Tim about 10:30am that morning it was repaired by 5pm that same afternoon. Highly, Highly recommended! Fast Service, on-time, easy to understand and very knowledgeable also reasonably priced and Very Honest.

Darrell was a great service technician who paid attention to details in his work and was able to repair and replace the faulty part in my Toshiba Satellite computer. The PC runs like a champ which saved me lots of money instead of going out and buying a new computer. Darrell even took the initiative to correct some other software issues without me having to ask and his work was above reproach. His rates are reasonable, he delivers computers as promised, I found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely return to his business for all my computer repairs.

This company is the best! Not only were they reasonable in price and quick in turnaround, the owner Darrell even gave me support after working on it (helping me find and recover the files I needed from a broken hard drive). He went above and beyond what was necessary to fix my issue. This company is the best around. I dont think Ive ever written a Google review, but people should know there is a reputable repair shop (with multiple locations in DFW) with staff that cares about more than just getting you out the door. WOULD HAVE GIVEN 6 STARS IF POSSIBLE!

Very fast, convenient, and reasonably priced! Conveniently went in to Tims Mail Place at the Addison Circle which is a drop-off location for PC Repair Network. Tim was very friendly and helpful and put in my work order to Darrell right away. I got a call from Darrell, the owner and PC Repair technician, just a few hours later and he told me my laptop was fixed (there was a power issue from my 6 month old crawling on top of it). He even offered to deliver it to my home for me. Friendly. Fast. Right price. Couldnt be more pleased with Darrells service!

I called at 8:30 am for a problem that we was having with our home PC network for quite some time. Darrell answered and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He came out within the next two hours as promised. He traced and repaired the problem within 20 minutes. We have yet to see the problem reoccur. Highly recommended! Fare price and dependable. Will definitely use him again.

This guy stole my laptop and my backup drive, with the promise he would take it "back to the office" for repair and return it the next day. He took over 50% of the payment up front, so I essentially paid him to steal my property. His addresses are all bogus, most of his phone numbers are bogus, and he is a crook. Darrell Elliott - dont let this guy near your computer!

Had a hard drive crash at my Auto Shop today. Called Darrell and he came to the shop and picked up my pc. He explained my options and a few hours later he had all my data recovered on an external hard drive. Price was reasonable too. Great service. Highly recommend.
