Robert Galloway (My original review) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive had a Galaxy S6 for about a year. The day after I bought it I dropped it and slightly dented the side metal band, with no other damage. 4 months ago I dropped it and cracked the glass, but the touchscreen has still worked perfectly since then. Last Saturday I dropped my phone off at CPR and had them replace the glass, not the full OLED display. I picked my phone up right before closing time and it worked... until I got home, probably 20 minutes later. I was watching a video and my screen suddenly displayed gibberish and the notification light started cycling through all the colors it could display. I performed a hard reset and the phone apparently still worked, but the screen was now completely black. I took the phone back the following Monday and asked them to repair what they obviously broke. The manager wasnt rude, but he told me they would not fix the phone, told me that they noticed a dent they said wasnt there when I brought it in (again, it has been there since the day after I bought it), and insinuated that I must have dropped it and broken it sometime in the 20 minutes I had it after I got it back from them. They offered to replace the OLED at cost plus labor, which would have amounted to an additional roughly $200 over the $176 I paid for the new glass, to repair the damage they obviously caused. The would not let me speak with the owner, only offered to email him and he would maybe respond within a month. After MUCH heated discussion they finally agreed to refund the cost of the glass, but not labor. They had an opportunity to fix their mistake and gain a customer for life, but they declined to take responsibility and repair their damage, so Im writing this review stating the facts and decrying their horrible customer service practices. Buyer beware. Helpful? Response from the owner in the last week I am sorry to hear about your experience with CPR. As you mentioned you had dropped your phone multiple times. Samsung LCD is very fragile. Unfortunately it gave out after your repair. However we were not able to convince you of this and we issued a refund as a courtesy. Obviously you are not content with it. We also gave you a choice to just pay for the part and we will install it for you. This was not acceptable also. We sincerely hope you find a place that can better assist you. My response to your response: Mr. Owner, Your response was disengenuous and insulting. Youre still basically accusing me of breaking my phone and wanting you to fix my mistake. No, as I mentioned I dropped it the day after I got it and slightly dented the side metal band - and the phone worked perfectly until your shop took it apart a year later. Four months ago I dropped it onto a table from a height of about 8 inches - it just happened to land on a metal compression fitting which slightly cracked the glass - and the phone still worked perfectly until your shop took it apart. So lets see, I had the phone, working perfectly, for an entire year until your shop disassembled it and replaced the glass, and then less than 20 minutes later the display stopped working and its not your fault? You had an opportunity to fix you mistake and gain a customer for life, but you chose to blame me for your mistake instead. And as I stated before, instead of taking responsibility for YOUR mistake, you are still insinuating that the damage was my fault. Unbelievable.

I was originally getting a screen replaced on my iPhone 5S at Batteries Plus, but they sent me to this location of CPR. Im happy they did, because I felt more comfortable about the professionalism and courtesy I received. They performed the replacement in about an hour while I waited and confirmed that everything was working before I was on my way. Didnt want to have to replace a phone screen, but not at all disappointed about where I went for the service. Thank you.

Amin was immediately very helpful and friendly today. I explained my charger port wasnt always working. Rather than try to sell me a repair, he had a technician inspect and clean the port for FREE! It turns out there was some dirt in the port that I was unable to see. I plan to bring my wifes phone (broken home screen) to him very soon to give him business and would recommend his fast, friendly service to any of my friends Thanks CPR & Amin!

Got a new phone and couldnt use the service providers app for transferring data from the old one (really old one) to the new one so I stopped in for help. The gentlemen there (I didnt get his name) was so helpful. He quickly resolved the problem at no charge! I tried to pay something but he wouldnt accept. Great service, spotless store, and more than helpful staff--earned them 5 stars for the 10 minutes I was there. Thank you!!!

Outstanding service and reasonable prices at this place. Respectful and knowledgeable. I brought my phone to them, a Galaxy S6 Edge in pieces. They listened patiently to my story about the phone. Found the parts quickly and arranged for shipping to my work location. Was very pleasantly surprised how efficiently and quickly they were able to get my phone back together. I highly recommend these folks.

I will not go anywhere else to have my phone, ipad, etc. repaired. Ray found a problem with my phone that a couple phone repair shops could not. CPR was my last stop and what a blessing as I had already given up on this phone! The staff is amazing, prices are great, they are fast, and I am 100% satisfied! Thanks guys!

This store fixed my iphone 6 2 weeks ago then i found a cheapter store, Vphone repair, Vincent told me that CPR CELL PHONE REPAIR PLANO USED THE LOW PART FROM CHINA. Seriously?????? Vphone told me he used ORIGINAL parts. Do not come to this store. COME TO VPHONE REPAIR PLANO EVERYONE.

Wow! Is all I can say about this business. From location to store finish out to customer service to quality of workmanship to price. U just cant beat these ppl. My son dropped my iPad and broke the screen. These ppl fixed it in 1 hr and for less than $100!!!! Check them out.

They were the only place willing to repair the glass on my HTC and although I had to go back twice to have them adjust it due to the frame actually being bent, I would recommend this place. Nice guys and fast service!
