I just wanted to buy a monitor. I already knew what I wanted and was in a hurry. Well you cant just buy a tech item. You have to have an "Easy-Tech" assist you with your purchase. There was only one Easy-Tech and he was busy helping someone else. That left me waiting over 20 minutes as other employees were apparently doing nothing. The manager of this store should be fired for this policy or for not cross training other employees to be able to grab a monitor out of the stock room. I dont know if its like this at other Staples, but if I need a tech item in a hurry Staples will be at the bottom of my list.

Bryan in the copy area is fantastic! Hes always so timely with every job I put before him. Not only is he efficient with the time, but he gives me great suggestions and ideas that have truly changed my business. Hes always so friendly to every customer and maintains his professionalism no matter the situation (Ive seen him handle a REALLY stubborn customer.) If hes not working, Im disappointed; although every other copy and print associate Ive come in contact with there has been just as enjoyable... well, Bryan is still the best!

Excellent customer service! I go into this Staples nearly everyday and I am always helped immediately. I never have an inventory issue.They have what I need every time. Everyone wants to help and they say hello and ask if they can help. The checkout is fast and the copy center is excellent. The managers are doing a great job. The employees are awesome. I dont see why anyone has a different opinion unless youre just a stuck up a**hole.

The management is horrible here! They need to learn to schedule properly during peak time & crosstrain all the employees in every department. Its sad to see that the only person that can use the copy/print department is ringing customers up while three other employees are standing around...

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. A manager by the name of AMINITA JOOF is the reason you are not receiving the experience you deserve. She is an extremely rude person and should not be a manager of any sort. highly un-recommended.

Their copy center is fantastic! All the employees there go above a beyond every time I order. Im a small business owner, and I use Staples exclusively for all my business cards and printed marketing needs.

This place is gross. The bathroom looks like something from a third world country. The manager is rude and most of the equipment in the copy center is broken. Go elsewhere.

if u are not living with your parents this is not the job for u they give u 5 hrs a day and u be off more days then u work u cant pay rent with a 100 check

Used to be a great place to print. Theyre printing machines are slow and never work. The employee at the copy section is a bit rude.
