Pretty straight forward. Area is neat, store was clean. I was greeted by a friendly employee, who helped me out with my screen. I shattered my screen and became annoyed by cutting myself every time I used it. This employee quoted me about an hour 1/2 and was done by barely an hour!!! Before they took my phone, they helped me back up all my data JUST IN case, which Id say was thoughtful. Thankfully, I still have all my information in my phone and my screen was fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

This store is awesome. Had taken my Mac Air to two other places for a sound and trackpad problem. One shop couldnt fix the sound at all and the Apple Store required a very long wait to get service and then stated they would have to send it off, and gave an extremely high quote. Experimac Carrollton fixed both problems for way less than quoted by the Apple store, computer working great, great service. Go here.

I went here a while back when I accidentally spilled tea on my boyfriends laptop. The employees were so understanding and went the extra mile to take care of us. It was his work computer so they stayed late to work on it so he could have it in time for work the next day. Great customer service!!
