Employes need to learn what they are selling! Went in for a temporary haircolor that wouldnt turn my childs hair hard and was advised a certain spray my only questions where "will it get all over their face and hands?" and "will it turn their hair hard like most haloween hair sprays?" Both answers were "no" and "it shouldnt" . What do you know it turned my childs face into a smurf and it definitely made his hair hard! Far worse than the ones they sell at the haloween stores! Walmart had better advice on a product that did niether. Thanks walmart!

I was shopping and didnt really need help, and the employee came up and asked what color extensions I wanted. I didnt ask for help, but I told them, and they arrogantly told me, "no, level 2 looks more your color". And they took the extenions and put it up to my hair, and it was way too dark. The color I was looking for was my color. Then they looked mad that they were wrong and I was right, and I didnt even need their help to begin with. Also on other occasions I was there, employees have been just rude.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star but its the only way to write a review! The customer service worker Phillip was an awful person and has the worse customer service skills ever. Myself and my family and friends have been shopping at Sallys for years and after this rude and disrespectful "person" we will NEVER shop at Sallys again!!!!
