first of all: they were out of everything! 2nd: this dumb chick! I asked her for the 20 developer sensitive scalp because Im bleaching my hair. and she said "no you need the 40 or it wont work" and I was like "are you sure? my hair is thin and already blonde " and she said "yeah trust me youll come back complaining." so I did it... I used it and after 15 minutes of having it on my aunt texted me telling me "no! you NEVER use 40!!" so now my hair is fried! I finally got it.healthy and she made me ruin it! Ill never go back again and Im for sure calling and bitching them out today!!

Ladies are very rude, the last two times I went to this location It was about 10 minutes from closing and they told me to hurry up because they were closing. And just today I tried going to grab a specific product quickly, and the doors were locked during business hours Again it was 10 minutes from closing. Im almost positive that the doors are not supposed to be locked to business hours. I will not be returning to this location.

Very nice and helpful employee.good thing she knew about haircolor.gave me good tips.her hair was really cool colors....the only reason i might have to go to another sallys is they are missing alot of thier color samples.the ones in front of the boxes on shelf.they had em before i guess careless people snatch em and those help to get an idea.this is my home sallys.never had problems with staff they are always helpful

Very rude!! No customer service at all! Wouldnt recommend the girls there are so unprofessional and very sarcastic. I told them I got the same items for a lower price at a different Sallys and they started arguing with me instead of listening to me so I just took my business else where! The one on 28th st in north Fort Worth is soooooooo much better! If I could give it zero starts I would.
