Do not rely on the girls here for advice!! Sure, they act helpful, but Ive received flat wrong info. One insisted to me that I could use a lighter permanent hair color to lighten my already-dyed hair. Duh. I listened, because theyre professionals, right? Surprise, black hair! Another swore up and down that two brands of a similar product (color remover) were exactly the same and again I listened - why? why? - and ended up with another hair disaster. Turns out one is bleach and one not. Big difference. So watch out!

When I went in there what is very busy staff wasnt able to help me. And they did not carry the product that I was looking for. had to go to another Sally Beauty Supply store in another city to find what I was looking for
