The products are good, the prices are good, but dear god the customer service is awful. I have been to this location a number of times, and for the most part the employees are young teenage girls with little to no experience in the makeup/hair industry whatsoever. All of the employees I have met, (with the exception of one young woman, with blonde hair) to date, are incredibly rude and unfriendly... And in addition to this, completely useless when asking for help regarding anything at all; none of them seem to have a firm understanding of something as simple as printing a receipt, let alone giving advice on which products would suit an individual best. One, a girl with dark brown hair and tanned skin (who always seems to wear black) had gone as far as outright insulting and making fun of a customer for not knowing a certain hair dying process...in front of other customers. I have also noticed that a certain young woman there has a habit of always being in the back, picking through the products and moving them to a leather bag under the customer service desk in the front of the room...Looks like Theft to me, but who knows. I hope whoever runs this place realizes soon that the people theyre hiring are taking advantage of and, to put it in a less friendly way, completely trashing the business.

Very poor service. Normally im greeted when I walk in amd someone is already ready to help me with what im looking for. Not looking on their phone about a product when im asking if she can show me when something is. She was young with purple hair but she didnt seem to know anythiny about products. Hopefully she is new and only temporary
