Pharmacy seems to have gone majorly downhill in the last few months (as of May 2012). Ive been a Walgreens customer for about a decade, and used this locations pharmacy for at least 2 years. Have not been able to get a straight answer out of pharmacy staff nor store management as to whether it was a system upgrade or some other change, but the same medicine Ive been getting from the same doctor (same insurance, etc.) for years has suddenly been a wild goose chase to refill. Staff gives infuriatingly vague and unhelpful answers. I went back-and-forth between pharmacy, doctor, insurance company 6 times in 2 weeks and still have no medicine. Doctor and insurance company wonder whats up with the pharmacy. Giving the local pharmacy down the street a shot instead, who somehow doesnt seem to be fumbling with basic refill details.

I lost a receipt from less than a month ago. The team lead (when she first answered my call said she was a manager - big lie) said she cant find the receipt. I then asked for the store manager, Gary and he seemed nonchalant about what I was looking for. I asked him if I was bothering him because if I could call corporate to get a copy of the receipt I would. He said, (very nonchalantly) no whats a number I can call you back at. I spend a lot of money at this store and I have my prescriptions at this location. I find it very disturbing that where I spend my money I cant get good customer service. Makes me wonder if Walgreens really needs my money. And I find it hard to believe that a large corporation (such as Walgreens) cant pull a receipt from a month ago. That is mind blowing to me.

I go to this location all the time. The cashiers are great so I gave 2 stars. The management is awful! One manager barely understands English & always looks confused when you talk to him. Then, I bought some sesame sticks (Walgreens Nice brand) only to discover it expired 5 months ago! I am a manager at a retail store & I pull items about to expire every week! When I called & told a manager about the expired food he laughed & said I could bring it back to exchange! Laughing the whole conversation! I had asked for the store manager but I hope, for their sake, thats not who I talked to. If he was the store manager then I wont be back!

Go somewhere, anywhere else!!! Customer service is horrible. I just got a prescription filled from them. I made sure to ask the lady do they have each medication in Stock. She said let me check. Then proceeded to search inside the computer from my view. She then stated "Yes we have them in stock, please allow one hour for your order to be completed. Then when I call to pick up she then stated we dont have all of the medication. Do you want to wait til Monday to pick up the medication? Why would I wait if I need it now? Never going back!!!

I read bad things about "Vincent" in the pharmacy and so I was skeptical about visiting this location. I have now just finished being helped by Vincent for the third time and he has been polite and professional during each encounter. I appreciate his kindness and how he treats me like a person, and I highly recommend this location!

The pharmacist Vincent on duty tonight is very rude and belligerent. Not helpful at all. I saw the older man standing in front of us almost had a fight with him and was so frustrated. Will never come back again. Vincent, you should not work with people. Youve successfully made everyone in line mad.

Horrible experience. I was told when I arrived that it would only take about 20 to 30 minutes to have my perscription filled. 1 1/2 hours later the pharmacy clerk told me that the insurance would not cover it. This conversation should have happened with the first ten minutes of my visit.

With the closure of many of the 24 hour locations in north Texas, this is the one I trust the most. The day staff are all great and the overnights are some of the hardest working people Ive ever met. I trust this store over any other and will continue to be a loyal customer here.

The staff is under trained... They wont honor the sales in their ad unless it registers when they scan it??? Even the manager??? none of the staff even look at the ad bc they never know about anything on sale or promotion... Very un helpful and uninformed

I waited in line for 15 minutes just to DROP OFF a prescription. There is one other Walgreens within 10 minutes of my house, and they were all out of the common medication that I needed. Carrollton Walgreens flat out suck.

Love this Walgreens! Staff is friendly, pharmacy is great! They are always busy. Thats why I have my notification turned on so they can send me an alert when my prescriptions are ready.
