I just got my passport pictures taken at this location and it was a terrible experience!! First of all there was one person at the register taking care of another customer, the CVS employee never told it was going to take 15 mins or so until he saw me which he never did. A lady shows up and first takes care of 2 other customers that came after me and she finally comes with the cheapest camera to take my pictures. She rolls down a white screen and without even talking to me takes my pics. They come out horrible! She took the pictures so close to my phase with a flash. I have never seen such a horrible pictures. I will not use these 2 pics I paid $11.00 for. I should have said something but the lady did not gave me a chance to talk to her. Very disappointed.

I have been a valued customer for seven years at this location, but had a bad run in with them and the manager, Oliver, was not very helpful and was actually quite rude and condescending. Good Customer Service should be practiced and I felt that I was not getting any help at all. In fact, she even stated "well in the manager so I dont know who you would talk too" and when I asked who to call higher up than her she stated "its online". Please fix this or you will loose more business.

The pharmacy service is fast and friendly. The front of store seems to only have one person most of the times Ive been there but Ive never had to wait. When its time for a refill I dont even have to call because they text me. I can reply Y if I want the refill or N if I dont. If i forget to pick up my Rx I get a reminder text. Its so simple and efficient. When I arrive to pickup my Rx its always ready. 5 stars all around for this location.

Overall this store is GREAT, but it seems like that the new management is doing many things wrong AND has driven off, all of the best people THAT used to work there. So here is how I got this ranking: Pharmacy is amazing, 5 STARS for THEM and the front end, the one or two people that are still there, are GREAT! THOSE people get 5 STARS! The rest of the people get 3 stars.

Good, quick location. The construction must be hurting their business but the people remain friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is always super busy regardless of in-store or drive-thru.
