The staff is absolutely wonderful here in every way. I have had nothing but exceptional interactions with them in the best of ways. I never even had an average experience at this CVS, they always go above and beyond. However, the pharmacy is not 24 hrs and while they certainly do have their hours posted somewhere, Im fairly confident most people would find it safe to assume that the building labeled CVS/Pharmacy that is also plastered all over with signs that say "Open 24 Hrs" has a pharmacy that is open for 24 hrs. I walked there tonight and saw a barred up pharmacy. The people at the front very professionally informed me that the pharmacy was completely closed even for drive through. I thanked them and then I just left to go to Walgreens.

I used to get frustrated with waiting for my prescription and not being contacted after calling it in. Then I complained to the clerk at the register who shrugged but as I started to walk away a senior pharmacist asked me to step to the advise window where he looked up my data and pinpointed the problem as an out of date contact info. He reset the info and helped me get set up on renewals by text, a PERFECT solution. I get a text for each med and only have to enter a single digit response. Days ahead my drugs are ready for pu and no waiting. They are way too busy to deal well person to person. This system works to eliminate the personal contact they can not do well.

DEspite having some initial reservations this CVS, and its Pharmacy both stand out and excel in customer service, attentiveness and concern. The pharmacy staff is extremely knowledgeable and anytime i have a question i feel they take a genuine interest in my concern to make sure i am well on my way to the safest, healthiest path to success; And at the end of the day that is the sort of provider-client rapport we are all looking for.

This place has gone way downhill... I get the sense that CVS doesnt care about the pharmacy part of their business. They changed away from being 24 hours, and one of their drive thru lanes is almost ALWAYS broken. The past few times I have called in I have been disconnected from the automated system. I am in the process of transferring everything over to Walgreens across the street.

I like this CVS its right by my house and it is sooo convenient. I absolutely love the pharmacy technician Florence!!! She is very professional and she handles my prescriptions very well. She always verifies with me my information and makes sure everything is accurate! I recommend her to anyone!!!
