This pharmacy is terrible. I only started coming here because target pharmacy was bought out by them. I had 2 prescriptions and I get to the drive thru and they only hand me one. Then the proceed to tell me I only have one prescription. After a back and forth battle, she claims she has to call my insurance to verify Im good..... ok how did you fill my first one without any problem?? So that takes another 10 minutes. Then she finally comes back after checking out about 3 people and says that itll be ready in 20 mins. Mind you my prescription was supposed to be ready at 4:15 and then they called to say itll be ready by 5..... beyond irritating. If you need your meds and dont plan on dying waiting on line, do not come to this CVS.

In the general merchandise area, getting any assistance in product location is near impossible. Not all, but MOST pharmacy staff is either rule or indifferent at best. With SOOOO many other choices in pharmacies (with much better prices) - Im FINISHED with these integrates. Try Krogers, Albertsons, Wal-Mart (if youre not in a hurry) - and PHARMACY PLUS for first class service (a little pricey, but theyll bend over backwards to give you stellar service)

I hate the manager there. Ugly old white man. Hes extremely racist. Completely ignored me. And was super rude. Really bad customer service from him. I dont even know how he got that position. The only reason I come here. Is BC of one of the girls that work up front. Shes got black hair and light skin. Shes so nice and helpful. Shes the only reason that I keep coming here.

I hate this pharmacy, whenever I call them to refill a prescription I at least wait 20 minutes, and that would be fine if I knew they were busy, but whenever I go to the actual store I see the phone ringing multiple times and theyre not doing anything and they wont even answer!! And theyre so extremely slow. they suck

I was not able to use a coupon because they could not find me on the computer amd when I requested an application to get the CVS card they say they did not have any. So how am I supposed to get the card if they dont have applications for it and the Cashier was very rude and not helpful.

I have been coming to CVS for years. I go there to have my perscriptions filled when I need them, and I have to compliment the Pharmacy. Even if the Pharmacist is not around, the techs really know what they are doing!

Ive been in the drive thru for the pharmacy for almost 45 minutes now when I got here there were 2 cars in front of me. Now theres 4 or 5 behind me waiting. If you dont intend to die waiting somewhere, dont come here.

There is ALWAYS a problem with my prescriptions EVERY TIME I go to pick them up. The pharmacy staff here is terrible. Not just terrible here and there. Terrible every damn time. Moving my scripts over to Kroger .
