Ive always loved the staff here, and had great experiences, but.... Every time I come to refill my adderall RX, I am told they dont have it. Theyll have it next Wednesday. Next Wednesday comes, and they dont have it. This is a common prescription - they should have it. I can come back over and over until my prescription finally expires, and they still dont have it. Maybe they are against filling adderall? But, the final straw for me was how they handled messing up my Toperol (sp?) It was the first time I had this prescription, and I had questions for the pharmacist. She came over and answered them quickly, and I left. I was taking the medicine for a few days when I realized they have given me double the dose prescribed by my doctor. I called, and the pharmacist at night was very understanding and professional. She had me come in right away and took care of it. She said she would have to fill out an incident report and that somebody would be following up with me. I left feeling like my confidence in this cvs was restored. But, nobody ever followed up with me. They never called me or showed any concern for the fact that they gave me a double dose of medicine and I was taking it. This is a big mistake, and it seems they didnt really care. Ill need a refill at some point, but am going to have to find a different location and drive further. Its unfortunate my insurance only does CVS, cause I dont trust them.

This review has been a long time coming. Its sad, because there are a couple of good workers in the pharmacy, the general store staff is great and the Minute Clinic nurses have been excellent the couple of times Ive been, but I can no longer tolerate the pharmacy. For months, Ive let myself be jerked around, ignored and lied to and I really cant do it any more. The number of times theyve told me theyll have something ready in an hour and then happen to be working on it exactly when I arrive two hours later, hoping to have given them extra room to do it, is astounding. The number of times Ive stood in a line of two people for half an hour with no one at the registers and everyone apparently working somewhere hidden in the "stacks," occasionally peeking out as though to see if Id given up yet, is flabbergasting. The number of times Ive stared through the drive through window at a herd of what look like movie extras is just plain disheartening. I really cant go back here. Were it just the front being reviewed, Id give the place five stars, but the pharmacy is a core part of the experience and only one star will give the appropriate direness to my warning about the pharmacy: if you get your prescriptions filled here, be prepared to feel very humbled as a customer.

Called in to get 2 prescriptions filled - didnt have the numbers so I needed to talk to a representative. Phone rang at least 10 times before someone answered then was put on hold for about a minute. The person that answered the phone seemed to take more information than needed then took forever in finding the right medications (I only have 2 in there and needed both filled)?! Once she finally found the right medications she had to put me on hold for someone else to finish assisting me with the refill. Ten minutes later a completely different person (who was not the one she mentioned that would assist me) answered the phone and I had to start all over but for some reason this time took less time and less questions than before. However, I asked for them to be filled within the hour and 5 hours later they are still not filled...In all the years Ive used CVS and the various locations Ive been to have I ever received such poor and inadequate customer service.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They have never not once had all the medication that was ordered by the doctor. I could deal with a poor computer system but then the tech refuses to listen to what you say. She is in her own little world and oblivious to the customer. I informed her that I was expecting two medications she walked to her computer didnt say a word until ten minutes later when I asked if they had them. She said ya I found it. I waited 15 min or so not bad for it to get filled, then she hands me one medication. I then ask again and her response was thats all there was. If she had told me when I asked the first time I could have had it called in again and there wouldnt be a problem. And the manager just sits there like nothing is wrong. Lazy sloppy staff poor management. Cant wait for another pharmacy to be built close by.

The employees in the pharmacy need some training on not only process and procedures but also customer service. They couldnt fill my whole prescription and then wanted me to pay a second time. After trying to explain that isnt how it has worked in the past, the woman didnt seem to care at all. My husband and I have some sort of issue every time we come here. This is the last time we will ever use this pharmacy!

One manager is the nicest ever. Shes a young long haired brunette. Always very nice & helpful. All cashiers, front end of store as well as pharmacy, have been very pleasant. An older brunette manager has been very rude nearly every visit, never smiles, greets customers but sounds forced. I avoid shopping there until the younger manager is back.

Over the span of months, they put my meds under the wrong birth day time and time again. I tried to have my bad profiles deleted, but they never did. I lost count of how many times I went to the store and they said they had nothing for me, then I would show them the texts that I was getting, then they would start looking.

Just love this pharmacy. Even in the thick of the flu epidemic they are calm and accommodating and honest about the time that may be required. The store is very clean and they greet everyone who comes in. Glad theyre here.
