They do NOT read the prescription directions! Three times Ive had issues picking up my prescription because the pharmacy technician tells me "its not ready." My prescription is supposed to be filled every THREE weeks, NOT four, and every time I go to pick up after 21 days, I have to explain the prescription, as written by my doctor, specifies a 21 day refill, not 28. The pharmacys utter disregard for the way my prescription is written puts my health and well being at risk because I can never get my medicine on time resulting in missed doses, as well as the side effects that come with missing my doses (migraines, nausea, etc). Despite having spoken to three different employees about this, my prescription continues to be delayed every time. That said, this review is for this location only; the Grapevine location at the corner of Ball and Northwest Highway was able to read and understand my prescription and usually had it ready a day early for me so I never missed a dose/had a dose late.

A certain female employee was very disrespectful when there could have been a civilized way to solve the inconvenience. This location along with the female employee at the register around 6:20 on a Sunday of January 15, did not meet my expectations. The attitude was not needed and something should be done to fix it. Along with this incident, we experienced another where a second employee was following us throughout the store.

The store section is just fine, but the pharmacy is horrible! The black pharmacist is not a good person at all. He takes his sweet time helping and he has no customer service skills. They are very disorganized there. They should replace him, if they no better.

Worst experience...Employees/cashiers were being so rude and gave attitude...since i was with my group of friends an employee was following us throughout the whole time which was very uncomfortable! Really bad experience and very unprofessional

Worst experience ever! The staff here is so rude. I forgot that customers are suppose to feel welcomed. Instead we felt so uncomfortable because we were literally followed at all times while we were trying to shop. Complete idiots!
