Unpredictable and unreliable service. I have a few chronic illnesses and take several medications, including tramadol. At the end of every. single. month... when I call in my refills, they somehow always "never get" the tramadol prescription fax from my doctors office, which always forces me to call the doctors office who, again always, says theyve faxed it over and then ends up sending it another 1-3 times. Though it may seem iffy on where to place the blame, let me put it like this: every month I have 3-5 prescriptions that need to be called into one of my doctors, and of those 5, only the 1/tramadol is not received. My doctors office has been annoyed with this issue, and I absolutely know its not the office that would lie, due to the severity of my diseases, alone, conversations, and faxing procedures. That being said, after 1.5 years of the recurring issue and me refusing to believe they would purposely do this, Ive finally switched pharmacies. Im done taking the lies and consistent literal pain and hassle every month. Ive done my research on Walgreens and have found multiple others with this same exact issue- I HIGHLY recommend switching to a small "mom and pop" shop if youre on any repeating narcotics.

Just had the worst customer service at this pharmacy. They told me they were sold-out of my prescription for the past 2days but didnt bother to call my doctor or myself about the issue. Then tells me "oh! We dont know when we will have more"... really?! This is a prescribed medication, but apparently they dont care. I could go on-and-on about the ignorant excuses they tried to give, but the point is, never again... lost a longtime customer, and I do NOT recommend this pharmacy.

Made the mistake of switching pharmacys d/t the proximity of CVS. Never again, this pharmacy is well worth the drive. They have great customer service.
