If I could give them less than one star, I would. My dermatologist used Matlock for their mail order prescription service. I had to call them the day the prescription was submitted. That day, a Wednesday, I gave them my payment information so that the medication could be sent out overnight. By Friday, I had no medication. I called again and the call kept dropping. I called the following Monday to ask where my prescription was. They informed me that they had put my medication on hold pending payment. Never did they attempt to contact me to let me know that my medication was on hold. I told them that I had indeed already given them my payment info and they informed me that they had no record of my call or payment information. By this time, the need for one of the medications was gone. I gave them my payment information and told them to cancel the one medication and send the other. They agreed and said they would overnight me the medication requested. I got it two days later, more than a week after the original prescription was sent in. That was last week. Today I got a call from them asking for payment for the cancelled medication so that they could send it. I had to let them know AGAIN that I had already talked to them about this medication and that it needed to be cancelled. Again they said they had no record of that conversation or cancellation request. This is the most unorganized company!! Im grateful that I didnt need any life saving medication. I will NOT be using Matlock again and I have informed my dermatologist of the issues that Ive had and instructed them to never send any of my prescriptions there again. They claim it saves me money, but Id rather pay a few extra dollars to get the medication I need in a timely manner.

My dermatologist called in my kid"s RX called Epidou which is over 200 bucks at Walgreens. I called back gravely concerned about the price. They said they personally work with a couple of big pharmacy warehouses, one being Matlock in Atlington & another one, GenX in AZ. So they contacted Matlock and their reps called me, got my insurance info, got something approved and then called me back the next day. They only charged 35.00 and got my credit card no. Then they Fed exd it at no extra charge. And its literally on my porch the next day. I was impressed and dumbfounded seriously. Im unclear how they did this because Walgreens whom Im loyal to could not. So there must be some discount volume or formal arrangement between warehouses and pharmaceutical companies. You got me. I sure hope it doesnt come back and haunt me later. Oh yea the Sulfa cleanse generic face wash from GenRX was free..go figure! That was the other on line pharmacy the other stuff came from.

Ive been getting the same prescription for almost 6 years and have NEVER been charged more than my normal Co-pay until today at this pharmacy when I was charged more than double my Co-pay. They said that it was my insurance but when I called my insurance company, they said that it was because of the amount that the pharmacy charged. My insurance company also said that the pharmacy could have given me back the prescription so that I could have taken it to my normal pharmacy. They did not do that even after I told them that Ive never had to pay the amount they are charging me. They definitely care more about the money than the patient! Ill stick to Kroger or CVS from now on.

Ive been coming to this pharmacy once or twice a month for about 8 months and a majority of those times my medicine wouldnt be finished when they said, or they completely forgot about it and tried to switch my words around . I just called to have a prescription for my son filled and they tell me that they no longer contract with my insurance .. I feel that they should have reached out to those that do have this insurance with a courtesy call. Very unprofessional.

I went to the doctor and they prescribed a medication and said they would turn it into this pharmacy. I said OK, but never picked up the medicine. Today, I find out that they have charged my Medco account for the medicine I never picked up. They got the info from the doctors office about my insurance. How dare they CHARGE my account without me getting the medicine!

This place is amazing!!! I have never used them until now. I called to verify my Insurance, Amy picked up. Amy was very kind and professional, she offered to mail my meds to me!!!! This is awesome because I am a full time employee with three kids under three so this just saved me so much time!!!! Thank you Matlock Pharmacy and Amy! :)
