Stores have amazing deals!! But customer service rep are just so phony. 2 things, they have this booklet thing that they sell u for 5$ which do not buy because every single store I spent money at had a better deal then that booklet. So do not waste your 5$! Second they have a tax free sale for international customers. We are a family travelling from Northern Canada, since you had to spend more then 146$ at a single store to get you taxes back, we figured we would take advantage of that as much as possible. We bought items that went over that amount at a few locations only to head back to customer service to be told we are not eligible. First we needed our passport to prove we were Canadian, after producing that we then needed flight itinerary. After explaining to them that we drove in, the worker needed to call his manager. Once manager was on the phone we then needed to provide a travel visa??? After telling him that canadians do not need a travel visa to travel the USA, came the excuse that our passport was not stamped. After explaining to them that we do get our passport stamped at customs because we travel to Cuba and its makes marks if we have American stamps on our passports. We then needed some white card at the border proving that we would leave the usa!!! This is when we decided that this was a scam and left them our money. What horrible showing on there part and bad advertising, Im thinking they are independent people not tied into the mall because the rest of people there were insanely helpful. Frustrating dealing with people like this that are after international travellers $$$$. Cant hold up your end of the deal dont have it smeared 4x10 over your counter!!!

Es fácil encontrar muy buenos precios (si es que ganas en dólares) en muy buenas marcas. El concepto me parece muy bueno ya que tienen muchas tiendas no muy grandes en un espacio que fácilmente puede uno recorrer caminando sin problema. Aunque la ubicación es muy lejana, cuentan con transportación gratuita desde algunas plazas y hoteles, así como transportación de regreso incluso hasta la línea.

“Pour les fans de shopping !” Situé à lextérieur de la ville en direction dAlbuquerque, cet outlets est bien achalandé et mérite un arrêt pour y faire quelques emplettes à des prix intéressants. Ici pas de hall climatisé, les magasins sont situés en extérieur, il peut parfois y faire un peu chaud en cours de journée. Également de quoi se restaurer (Food court).

Me parecieron unos outlets de buen tamaño y buenos precios. Es de 2 pisos y estacionamiento en el sotano. Le doy 3 estrellas porque es su estacionamiento es muy malo. Te cobran 2 dólares por hora, para pagar te hacen regresar al primer piso, si estacionas en techado y sigues señalamiento de "exit" solo te hace dar vueltas. Pesimoo estacionamiento la vdd.

Yess this outlet mall has all the great deals! I can definitely spend my whole day here! There is a store here for the whole family. Charlotte Russe, H&M, Nike, Banana Republic, Adidas, Papaya, Vans, Michael Kors, Hot Topic, and Coach just to name a few! There is also a food court and a splash pad right in front of the Nike and the food court. There are many benches throughout this outside mall, and plenty of security walking around. Bathrooms are evenly spread out and plenty of shade to hide from the blaring sun. Parking is huge and it surrounds the mall. I went on a Monday so it wasnt at all busy but I cant imagine what it looks like on the weekends.

Es un conjunto de tiendas y restaurants, muy conocidas con rebajas todo el año vale la pena visitarlo y dedicarle una tarde completa. Al pensar que es un outlet piensas que vas encontrar grandes rebajas y no es así muchas veces encuentras mejores ofertas en otras tiendas que aquí.

Gotta hand it to the Outlet Shoppes at EP and say that there are some bat-S*#! crazy deals here every time I come. They may not have all the amazing stores like some other outlet malls have but dang the prices are insane. Theyve added a few new stores from the past reviews including Columbia, Brooks Brothers, BCBG, North Face, and Express. The food court includes a philly cheese steak spot, subway, pizza joint, and of course Hot Dog on a Stick. Parking is a tad bit of a mess during the holidays but seriously the prices here are too good to pass up.

Aquí puedes encontrar una gran variedad de productos de marcas reconocidas a un buen precio y siempre están poniendo promociones con descuentos y ofertas. Está algo retirado de la ciudad, por lo que para llegar es necesario tener automóvil o tomar el Sunmetro en algún punto de El Paso.

Tienen buenas marcas en general, o las necesarias para ser outlet. Pero comparados con otros outlets como Cabazon, Las Vegas o el de Las Américas de San Isidro, les faltan especiales, están muy caros en general los precios.

After visiting several stores in this "outlet mall" my mom and I realized that the discounts were few and far between. If I wanted to pay full price, I would go to any of the other malls I passed to get to the outlets. The stores are clean, well organized, and the mall contains a lot of variety. I like that it is outdoors as well. If it isnt too far out of your way, or if they have a store you love, its worth a visit.

Nothing "outlet" about this place. Prices are ridiculous. This is simply an outdoor mall with too loud of music and a dozen vacant store fronts. It also had a weird vibe: saw people walking their dogs around and lots of families, but I got the distinct impression I would not want to be there after dark. Combine that with all of the anti-2nd amendment signs and I dont see any reason to go back.

This is a great little spot. They have a decent number of stores with outlet prices. There is a play area for the kids in the food court. The food court selection is a little limited, but there are other places right next to the mall it self. Certain times a year they have live music and other performances. Good place to go if you are in and out or like to shop until you drop.

A lot of outlet malls I go to have a lot of closed businesses and are empty, not these outlets! With a variety of shops --Northface, Nike, Kitchen Aid store, Calvin Klein, Columbia, Adidas, etc... So many more--people are shopping till they drop. They have a good food court and parking really isnt that bad on busy days. Overall it gives consumers a lot of choices.

Un Outlet común y corriente, muy buenos precios y descuentos y buena variedad de tiendas. Para mi gusto del tamaño ideal no muy grande así que se puede recorrer en 2 o 3 horas

Traditional outlet mall. We usually hit the Sketchers, Disney, Lane Bryant, Crocs, Wilsons leather. There is a few play areas for kids with one in the food court area much like a McDonalds play area and some water sprouting areas. The area around the mall is building up and adding more shopping. Somewhat a bit difficult to get into but is improving.
