I would not mind going to an outside mall, if the mall itself would take responsibilities for their vending choices. Dip and Dots machine is a TOTAL rip off. It takes 1 dollar and then wont take any more money or give you any product. No answer to customer service number. This happened to me today and now looking at other reviews it has happened to many other people!!! However, the new addition of the kitty train is what will make me NOT COME BACK UNTIL IT IS GONE!!!! The train drives down crowded walkways and honks his horn to make people move. This forces several dozen people to stop where they are going and stumble all over each other to try to not get run over. The train does not slow down AT ALL and the driver laughs as people nearly hurt themselves dodging him. My daughter and I were cut off and almost run over by this guy FOUR TIMES today. The third time, I loudly told my daughter how annoying this was. The driver turned around and winked at my daughter!!! This tells me that he was purposefully cutting us off and he is extremely inappropriate around young people. I cannot imagine anyone wanting this slimey creep driving their kids around without them. People are coming to your mall to spend money. I like the shops themselves, but other than that, the mall is awful. There is gum everywhere on the sidewalks which will be on the bottom of your shoes before you leave. The vending machines are proving themselves to be set up as a scam. And there is a inappropriate creep who will follow you around using a train as a weapon. I would say this is the place to go for back to school or Christmas shopping, but unless you want to be harassed and endangered, take your hard earned money somewhere else!!!

I was there today for Grand Opening and arrived shortly after 11 am, with the Grand Opening starting at 10 am. Parking and actually navigating the area was simple with amazing directions by Marana Police Department and Simon employees directing traffic within the parking lot. The mall itself is all outdoors with a small indoor Customer Service and food court area. Even in the Arizona heat, there are fans and misting systems all throughout the corridors to help keep everyone cool and the restrooms (near Old Navy) are indoors, which make it even better. There are quite a few shops open already with a ton more opening in the next few months, including the Disney Outlet. This is definitely a place I will be visiting more often, compared to the Foothills Mall, Tucson Mall or any others in Tucson. It provides a lot of shops that I need (with the exception of a pet shop.) There also needs to be more food options. Management needs to reach out to other franchises (such as Jersey Mikes) in order to get some more food options in the mall.

Friday evening just after tax season and this place is a ghost town. Its eerie. All the stores are high end, which is fine, but high end stores are always overpriced. Not to mention every single one of the sales they had was just them marking up the price and then back down again to their original prices. Every store we went into you could tell all of the workers were bored out of their minds and basically falling asleep, the whole outlet has just a strange off-putting atmosphere to it. Some stores actually has helpful and kind staff which is what bumped the review up to 3 stars but I personally wont be coming back.

Went to this mall for the first time with a friend. Its pretty big and had a lot of stores to chose from. My friend said it was the busiest hed ever seen it. Went to the Disney store and the 2 girls that work there were really rude, so we left. Went to Go! Calendars and that place is pretty cool. The lady there was really nice. The Toys R Us there was ok. The staff were complaining in the aisles about their co-workers. We also went into the tiny food court they have and Sbarro was really yummy. Also, the older guy working there was very nice. Theres an area outside with misters and overall the mall was clean.

Looove this mall so much. They have alot of name brand stores. Pac sun was one I personally loved because there customer service was amazing and they had great deals the evening of Christmas Eve, they even helped me pick out some things and find the right sizes. I recommend this mall to anyone who loves to go shopping here. The only thing I dont particularly like is there food court. They dont have many resturants to choose from and the food is very expensive.

The atmosphere and stores make your shopping experience enjoyable. Take the kids walk around and take your time. Its a nice change, the sense of being rushed and crowded is not prevalent, you can take your time sit on the many benches, chairs excellently plotted about, while letting the kiddos play on the green(artificial)grass or the play area. Excellent job, just waiting for a theatre and more restaurants.

You want to save 5 bucks then spend the 15 bucks in gas to drive all the way here and save a whole lot of a little. Nice atmosphere though best place in town to play mess with the security by existing. If you decide to play at some point walk out of store in a brisk walk and then run around a corner. It is hilarious. Best played with at least 2 others so you can pass the baton

Got in and out becuase of two girls doing there job in the store for less then 5mins. The one thing I didnt like to see is the manager hang out and talking to a person that wasnt shopping instead of helping customers in the store. There was atlease 30 people in the store.... I gave it a 5 for the one girl that got my shoes and the one that checked me out keep up the good work.

Need more shade and more benches in the shade.Gets really hot sitting in the sun and looking over to shady areas where there should be benches.But welcome the stores that will ........what? Make me have to drive an extra 10 miles to get to stores that were a whole lot closer to Tucson in the mall.All that griping done with -the mall is nicely laid out and new!

Meh. This mall just doesnt do it for me. Too pricey, with a lot of weird stores I would never shop at. This is probably the last mall I would go to in Tucson. If you are looking for extremely upscale retail, however, this is where to go. Its an outdoor mall too, and during the summer, that is miserable. Not enough bathrooms. I genuinely dont like this mall.

Caters to everyone. Something for young, old, and in between. Large outdoor fans cool the walkways from store to store. Plenty of tables and seating under the portals. Strollers and wheelchairs found at customer service. Air conditioned food court. Outdoor play area, Lots of lights at night beautifully lit ambiance. Famous brands store at low prices.
