Outlet stores they have better pricing sometimes they have what you want if you know what store you want it from if they dont have it they can get it for you quickly and the food court is amazing the mall is amazing its all outside which in Arizona doesnt seem like a good idea but really they keep you cool with shade and mistress they have a huge play area for the kids and doing Christmas they have a ridiculously huge Christmas tree that you can see from the highway as youre driving by the bathrooms are second to none the beautiful bathrooms just the fact that Im mentioning the bathrooms means that they are beautiful Ive never seen a mens restroom that I went wow thats a cool bathroom thats a beautiful bathroom well it is beautiful my wife says that the womens restroom has a separate room in it for breastfeeding mothers so you dont have to feel like people are watching you I guess which is wrong but thats different subject but its still awesome that they have that there for the ladies who are breastfeeding and I love going to this mall if youre visiting Arizona driving through Arizona thinking about coming to Arizona you should try and go here even if its just for shopping in your favorite outlet store

When it comes to "outlet" shopping, Im definitely not much of fan. Years ago, shopping outlets was a sure way to get lower-than-retail prices on clothing and goods. Unfortunately, lower prices are not usually the case in todays outlet shopping experience. Plus, the merchandise in an "outlet" is often not the same goods offered in the "mall" counterpart. So, the quality for dollar spent is questionable. However, if you enjoy visiting a wide variety of retail shopping at one location, Outlets at Anthem is a nice, well-maintained retail shopping center located in a relatively safe community. The Food Court offers a pleasant variety of food choices. In fact, it is one of the nicest food courts I have experienced in an outlet shopping center. Although all shops have air conditioning, walking outdoors between shops can be extremely challenging during the brutal summers months in Phoenix. All-in-all, if you havent become an Amazon convert, and still enjoy the physical aspect of shopping -- Outlets at Anthem is a fun experience.

Great, but for one thing.. Requiring law-abiding citizens to disarm themselves before going in to the mall just doesnt make sense. Having to leave a loaded handgun in the car, while Im shopping, isnt safe for anyone. And if you think it is, imagine for a moment a criminal on their way in to rob the place, or worse... Should they notice a sign that says "no firearms allowed", will they do an about-face and go somewhere else to terrorize people? It seems unlikely. Unfortunately in Anthem this mentality, however illogical, is commonplace. Also worth noting.. There were no signs anywhere that I could find. These signs are REQUIRED BY LAW to be posted at the entrances, clearly visible to all patrons. If the owner is going to be firm with this unsafe policy, then at least give people the courtesy of notifying them before they enter the mall, by complying with law. Lastly, this specific complaint is in no way a reflection of the staff, service, or general atmosphere, all of which were great :)

It is about 15 to 20 miles outside of Phoenix. The stores are randomly situated throughout this outdoor outlet mall. The stores one is looking for are hard to find. It has mostly womens stores and not really a worthwhile trip for men who are looking for deals. There is a food court, if it can be called such. There are only a few places in which to choose something to eat. Not conducive for a day of shopping, if you have health problems or are physically impaired some way. Generally shopping here is out of the question in the summer as it is too hot to walk around, even though it is covered. Your best bet is to go to an indoor mall.

Its actually a really cool Outlet compared to most of the ones that Ive been to anyway beautiful green grass totally safe impeccably clean and in the summer there is a splash pad for kids to play and Adirondack chairs for the parents or friends to sit around and watch them nice and cool theres also Mysteries along the walkways that keep you cool when you are shopping soda vending machines between some of the stores a large variety of different types of shops , friendly employees in almost all of them. However, they should be open much LATER! this is Arizona , seriously people shop later to escape the heat!

Large, outdoor mall with specialty stores, under the illusion that pricing will be less than retail. Just like any other shopping experience, suggested retail pricing is slashed out, and their "discounted" price is displayed, usually 50%, with a sign above the rack stating "Take another 10%-40% off lowest priced tag" that will bring it down to where you would see it at your local mall. Check the "Clearance" racks first. Usually in the back of the store. This is where the deepest discounts are at. My favorite stores are The North Face and Columbia. I can usually find good deals there.

Great place to shop for cloth and spend time with family over weekend. Its a great place for a long walk even you end up not buying anything. Good exercise location. The food court is always packed and smell weird with all kind foods and people. There must be some problem with their air condition that cant handle so many people. My favorite spot is the chocolate store next to the food court. I highly recommend people to park at the end of the covered parking space. Its easier to access in the summer and its close to the cleanest restroom.

This is my 2nd favorite outlet mall. I ALWAYS go here for my Coach and Banana Republic stuff. The Polo store is still pretty pricy, I wish they would have not closed the Mens Coach and would add jewelry to Womens Coach. I also really hoped they would put in a Victorias Secret outlet in this location. In order to get all of that we have to go all the way to the Chandler Outlet Mall. But, for a quick and easy shopping spree with good prices and good quality items, this is definitely my go too place! You cant go wrong!

I havent explored this center too much but the only store there I shop at is Vans and used to shop at Kays. Parking isnt horrible as this isnt a HUGE location so walking isnt that bad, even in the middle of summer. In the winter now...Still need to check it out myself this year but its the Tallest Christmas tree on display and all decorated in the courtyard or center of the shopping center. Anthem is also still growing rapidly as the whole northern area so there will be plenty more to come in and around outlets.
