11/26-27/15 I normally stay clear from Black Friday but, Columbia Sportswear had great deals. To start off, parking was bad. It was expected and parked off-site about 1/2 mile. No worries- walking is good for you and security was everywhere. The reason for my one star review: Columbia Sportswear employee, Cyan. This employee was the one that did not want to be there (Im assuming what employee did) and coughing up attitude. There was an item Id purchased and thought it was 50% off. I politely stated that when she gave me the final sale price. She gave me a look and said "I havent applied the discount yet." with her eyes rolling. I laughing said "oh, Im sorry." She had another employee training her- assuming a manager that did not correct her. She went off to mention to the other employee her dislike of having 8 more hours to go before she was off. I understand no one wanted to be there (Early Black Friday) but, as a consumer at your store...it is your job to ring up my merchandise and take my money. I dont throw attitude at you and you dont do the same. Dont like your job- find somewhere else that would fit your stank attitude. This shopper while no longer go to this Columbia- even though the other employees were helpful and fun to talk too.

Os preços não são bons como dizem..há poucas lojas de roupas femininas, pois a grande maioria são lojas de roupas mais esportivas, como GAP, Aeropostale, Nautica, etc..para os homens é bacana, há promoções nas lojas QuikSilver, Volcom, Vans com kits de 3 camisetas por U$ 30,00...ou o kit com 3 camisetas + 2 calças + um boné por U$ 99,00...mas nada além disso, nem mais barato...se pensar bem e converter, o kit de 5 peças fica em R$400,00. Na perfumaria não tinha variedade de perfumes femininos, não tinha Dolce&Gabbana, nenhum creme da Victoria Secrets, eram apenas poucas opções dos mais populares.

Absolutely terrible. For starter, any one who thinks they are saving money shopping at the Citadel is fooling themselves. Many of these shops are known for having "phantom sales" and other deceitful form of marketing. "holiday sales" are the same year round and no real savings can be made shopping during this time. There is no where to eat. Everything is confined to the tiny food court they have and it is really not enough. The mall is huge and the only other place to get food is either the over-priced vending machines where you have to pay $2.50 for water bottle or the over-priced cafe where you can buy half of a day old sandwich for $8. If you consider pretzels a meal you can wait in line for 10 minutes to get a $10 pretzel, soda and dip combo. The location of the citadel is just as bad. If you dont find parking inside the lot you will run the risk of getting your car broken into, by leaving it outside.

Gutes Outlet, übersichtlich angeordnet. Am Infostand gibt es eine Übersichtskarte und eine Karte für einen Nachlass in einigen Geschäften. Sehr gute und saubere Toiletten. Die Preise der Geschäfte sind für Deutsche nur da interessant, wo die USA deutlich niedrigere Importsteuern erheben als die EU. Bei einigen Marken sind die Preise im deutschen Outlet genau so hoch/niedrig wie hier..

One piece of advice: not all the stores here are Outlets. Most of them are but some of them are just regular store with some sale items. There are really great deals here. The fancy purse stores usually have lines outside their stores so I am assuming they have decent sales there. There are a few stores for everyone in your family so its great place to get all your shopping done is one spot but I would avoid this place during Christmas because it gets PACKED. Like Disneyland on a nice summer day packed. They built a multi-level parking structure which helps but you still spend at least 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. Come early (before the stores open) if you want a decent spot. Its outdoors so bring protection and expect to spend a few hours here.

Super centre commercial regroupant les principales boutiques avec un foodcourt, dans un magnifique style égyptien. Un grand parking toujours plein et les plus belles salles de toilettes jamais vues dans un centre commercial (peut-être celles de San Diego) avec une salle dattente classe ! Seul bémol, la galerie nest pas couverte et par temps de pluie ou de grande chaleur, ce ne serait pas du luxe.

Just looking at the Citadel is an experience, I drove past it for years looking on at the wild Mesopotamian architecture from the 5 freeway until one day I had to drive in and see what it was all about. What I found was a huge outlet mall that actually offers good discounts if you are there at the right time. Most popular brands are well represented from high fashion to handbags, outdoor, sport and surf companies. Not everything is an amazing deal but you can certainly find discounts over retail or mall prices. There are two parking structures and acres of traditional parking but even so finding a spot can be an adventure of the worst kind. If you are willing to walk, the easternmost side seems to fill up last.

These outlets are sort of typical run of the mill outlets. Theres ample parking so its not too hard to find. Also, its a rather deceiving place. When you see it from the freeway you think wow! Its going to be an awesome outlet. Turns out that citadel shell is just a shell and its just a big outdoor mall. Its a pretty popular outlet, which isnt exactly a good thing. Any good deals on clearance are already taken by other people and theres not a good amount of sizes left. Popular stores are crammed full of people or theres lines to get into the more popular stores (Kate Spade, Michael Kors). The outlet is HOT and you will be sweaty while walking around.

Citadel Outlets is like a large outdoor mall with all the prominent brands for a variety of necessities, such as clothing, houseware, jewelry, luggage, etc. The advantage here is that its much more local than other shopping outlet locations so its a nice save on a far drive. Its always clean and safe here so I always feel comfortable shopping here. The parking has greatly improved with a new structure so Im now able to make quick shopping stops here. Theres a food court available and a restaurant or so, number of options are barely adequate. Be sure to visit the Customer Service desk for the VIP program for attractive savings at many of the stores.

The customer service in Kate Spade is soooooooooo bad. When I was trying to use student discount, they tried to find different excuses to not give me student discount. Also, they even did not tell me there are additional 30% off coupon for VIP client.When I tried to return something, they also tried to find different excuses. "I could not find this bag in the receipts, I have to leave, u need to wait for other avilable cashier, the computer is down....."They even did not say any apologizes.Also, the guy in the Kate spade say something very rude to me.The service in coach is much better than Kate spade!I am soooooo disappoint!
