We love going here but some stores are really just bad. Just came from MOVADO STORE in your desert hills premium outlet store in cabazon ca. and we had a very bad experience. We already bought watches totalling to $1200. We cancelled the transaction because the manager was very unpleasant to us. At first when we came in we already noticed that theyre not helpful and was just ignoring us. My wife had to ask them for help even if theyre not helping anyone because its just us inside the store. I thought maybe because we came in 30mins before the closing time. When we were paying, the manager was already standing by the door and she looked so irritated because its already closing time and were still there. So our mom ask her why she looked so unhappy with us, because we felt uneasy its like she just wanted us to leave. She answered back saying that shes already tired and that theyre still getting ready for the coming holiday in a very rude manner.. it sounded so rude to us and i told her that she could just pretend to be nice and she said "what donyou want me to do? Lie?". Instead of apologizing she kept on talking and continued being really rude thats why we decided to cancel the purchase even though it was paid already. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Someone should talk to that manager. We got her name in case someone in your management is concern about this. We really love the watches but the store doesnt deserve the sale. Also on the outlet passport vip voucher.. it says that when you purchase more than $150 worth on the movado store, youll recieve a free gift.. dont bother to get it because theyre just gonna say they ran out and dont have it anymore, instead they gave us a small cloth pouch for the watch... so funny because the watch should anyways comes with it. Can your management confirm if thats what the gift is? We were thinking that they were just really pissing us off

モノによってはビバリーヒルズで買うより半分近い値段で買える物もあるが店舗そのものが小さいので在庫も種類も限られているからロスアンゼルスから交通状態によっては2時間近く掛けて(道中砂漠なので見るもの無し)目当ての商品が店に無いと言う事も多々ある。全く値段が安く無い店もある。空港の免税店の方が安かったという物もある。アマゾンもまたしかり。日本へのお土産でどうしても一日で品を問わずブランド物をまとめて買ってしまうと言う人にはいいのかも。砂漠の真ん中という事もあってここの食堂エリアの食事は成田空港レベル。端にあるマクドナルドが無難。自分で運転して来ると言う人にはもう少し向こうにパームスプリングなど見る物があるけれどそれは別のレビュー。

This review is more for the ladies. Gentlemen make sure to take your girlfriend or friend here on Saturday, so you can still watch football peacefully on Sunday. Or you can drop them off and meet me in the poker room at Morongo down the street. This my second favorite outlet only compared to Fashion Outlets near Las Vegas. It has a great variety of stores mostly for women, but it does have dressy and sport stores for men. If you are dragged there with wife or girlfriend make sure to avoid Coach, Wet seal, Juicy Couture, J Crew, Guess, or any stores with shoes or your average wait time will be 1 hour per store. Go to Desert Hills Premium Outlets and save money! Selection maybe not be as great as years past. During this economy I feel like a lot of stores are not full stocking their shelves and not including huge discounts, but still worth going. Bring good shoes and patience with you.

If youre a woman and love shopping for purses, heels, and fashion, this deserves 5 stars. I gave it 3 stars because the outlets leave few places for all the guys to chill while their significant others shop their brains out. No decent wi-fi anywhere, and all the benches are in the sun, not in the shade. Women love this place, though. (Oh, and watch out for the aggressive Asian males at the Coach store -- they will grab nine Coach bags at a time and fight you if they think you are going to try to beat them to the cashier. I dont know what those guys are doing with womens purses, but it sure is annoying when you are trying to just find your wife in the scarf section.)

This might be the longest mall in the world. Its literally over a mile long of high-end shopping. It can get very crowded and its definitely a destination for Shoppers from around the world I only go there to stroll on the case and I get a cup of coffee not being a sport Shopper myself, but it is remarkable the amount of different countries that are representative in the crowd in that mall. Lots of good Outlet Factory prices I found the Nike store is particularly popular. I would highly recommend considering twice if you want to Brave the crowds on busy shopping days, it can be a beast to get in and out of the area.

LAから遠いですが、行く価値あります。インフォメーションセンターでクーポンを貰うと、セール価格から更に割引価格で買えます。例をあげると、７０％引きからクーポンで更にそこから２０％引きなど。LAへ車で帰る際は１６時には出発した方がいいです。西陽が強く、前がサングラスなしでは運転が難しくなります。

Buena selección de tiendas de marcas premium, y sin duda buenos precios. El lugar es grande, y poco funcional ya que está partido en dos secciones, pero sí se puede recorrer todo caminando. Un plus: En la sección Este del mall, el área de comida cuenta con hamburguesas Five Guys.

If allowed, I wanna give ZERO star for my experience in shopping in Desert Hills. The outlet has big security issue: there is no CCTV in its parking lot and on the contrary there are so many thefts in the outlets. I lost 3K dollars last week. The theft stolen my property from trunk. Now I totally lost confidence in shopping in Desert Hills because security and police are useless, they cannot protect your property. Shopping in Desert Hills outlet is like swimming in a crocodile lake since your security is relied on predators negligence。

مكان جيد للتسوق عباره عن اوت لت كبير ومفتوح حجمه تقريبا دبل السوق الملاصق للمكسيك ويبعد عن عن سان ديقو ساعتين. مع ملاحظه انها منطقة في الصيف حاره نوعا ما. كمعلومة جزء من الماركات موجودة في مولات قريبة من سان ديقو .

Enormous outdoor outlet 90 miles away from downtown LA, it houses a wide range of stores, from clothing, shoes, accessories, home furnishing, to designer brands. Lots of good deals every time I visit this outlet. Its a great place to shop for self or others. However Ive noticed that the clothing stores here tend to carry inventory for warmer weather only. As others mentioned this place gets very crowded on the weekends. So try to go in the morning or during the week to avoid the mob.

縦長な造りなので結構歩きます。でも駐車場が広いので車に荷物を置いて車でちょっと移動したらいいかも？フードコートもあるし、カフェもあるので疲れたら一休み。L.A近郊のアウトレットにはないVANSやLOCCITANEも入ってます。とにかく安いのでL.Aから行く価値あります。

The stores are great! Something for everyone. However, after hours of shopping and spending our hard earned money, we were robbed of EVERYTHING. When I asked about cameras I was shocked to hear that they dont have any. WHAT? Even Wal-Mart has cameras. Shame on you for not making a small investment to ensure the safety of your customers. No reimbursement for anything not even a gift card. Be careful shoppers... the thieves are watching you as you shop then follow you to your car.

I think when they say "premium outlets" what they mean is "not really an outlet at all". The prices. are. high. Granted, there are some swanky stores here, and that is what I think makes this outdoor mall worth visiting. Its probably hard to find many of these brands in your local area, so the fact that they are all together certainly makes things easier. Food options in the food court are pretty grim, so either bring a snack or come at a time where you wont need to have a meal.

Really crazy busy almost all the time now, it seems. Its kind of the megalith of outlets now, and the discounts arent always actual outlet prices (beware). Weve learned theres only certain stores worth the stop, and to almost always avoid it on holiday weekends. (Otherwise, send one person in to hit their stores as quickly as possible, while the least shopping friendly person hangs in the car somewhere less insane.) It also now creates regular traffic on the 10.
