Have to agree with outdoorboy 41. Made my first visit there this weekend. Got some great deals BUT it was a disgusting place. Bathrooms were DIRTY as well as outdated. Mens room floor covered in urine. Shops that were on the directory (Kenneth Cole) were out of business once you went there. Food court was disgusting as well. A bunch of no name dirty dirty places. Some icky gyro place, a burger place with grease on the walls (best burger...ya right! try at your own risk, hope you know where the emergency room is!) and a dirty Chinese place. There was a " customer service desk" in the food court. I stood there for a few minutes browsing brochures. The girl did not look up from her magazine to greet me or talk to me. Not to mention most everyone employee in the stores was rude as well. I guess they do not like being there anymore than I did. Will not be going back. I would rather pay a little more and shop in a clean and friendly mall.

There is a really good collection of stores here. I wouldnt consider it "outlet" shopping, I would just consider it an outdoor mall. The stores I go to arent crazy discounted but they do have large selections. The parking is very ample, though in turn, its a giant parking lot at a large shopping center so if the one place you need to go is in the back and on the other side of the main entrance, its frustrating to maneuver around. Its very walkable though so sometimes Ill just park on the side and walk to where I need to be (extra exercise, bonus!). They seem to be building a lot of new restaurants just across the street. I saw a Mad Greens and some pizza place plus spaces that looked like more were on the way. There used to only be a couple places right there to eat so they seem to be trying to expand on that, which is nice.

I only go to the Cosmetics Company Store to see if they have any of the limited edition items from MAC(they usually always do). First of all, the prices arent really any better than if you buy online or at a cosmetics counter. Second, all the associates clearly hate their jobs and/or their lives. They are rude, dont really know even the basics of the brands they are selling, and they act like they are so much better than the people giving them business. News flash, youre not better than anyone. You work at an outlet mall, not Neimans. Chill out and smile, greet customers, I promise it wont kill you. The rudeness and lack of knowledge isnt worth the drive if youre looking to save 5-8$ on any of Estee Lauders many lines of cosmetics and fragrances.

Difficult finding parking. I can get the same item for the same price at a regular store so wheres the savings. My wife purchased a Michael kors purse with a sticker price of $478 that came out to $149 after the discount. She then asked for another one from the back. When we got back to the hotel she noticed that the sticker price on the same purse was $378. I think that some of these outlet stores raise their prices on their merchandise before they put it on the sales floor in order to make up for the discounts. Just because it says the outlets, doesnt mean your getting a discount. We drove back the following day and returned it

Im not going to lie... this outlet mall pretty much blows. Half the stores are closed, theres construction everywhere.. so much that I literally watched a guy trip over a loose piece of gravel the last time I was there (lol). Anyway, growing up in Texas i was used to the premium outlets & coming to colorado I figured there wouldnt be a difference but there really is... the outlet mall is definitely far from premium! There wasnt really a good choice of stores... Id rather just go shopping at the mall... Plus their military discount got lost somewhere in oblivion.... Ill stick to the premium outlet malls in texas lol

My wife likes this place, but just because its an outlet mall with outlet stores, dont expect to always find low prices or awesome deals. There are a few stores that she visits and does well at, such as Bath and Body Works, and Childrens Place. The great deals she finds are usually due to sale or clearance prices along with online coupons. As far as my impressions, there is lots of traffic and the parking lot stays pretty full, but the stores and surroundings are very nice. If the weather is good, its a great place to spend an afternoon getting some exercise and hunting for those good deals.

Friendly staff, I have to say I prefer the Colorado Mills Mall outlet Express better. This location in Castle Rock is pricier for the same items at Colorado Mills they also dont have a big selection for men. I did find a few items while I was there. the selection on mens jeans was low. With Colorado Mills Mall closed I came up to the Castle Rock Outlets. The discounted percent was lower as well than Colorado Mills sales. Great views, several different stores and places by to eat. The Coach outlet was great sale for Fathers Day. Id come back and visit more of the stores.

I havent been to the castle rock outlets well the mall in a long time and idk if any of the stores went out of business they probably used to have all the good stores but they did get rid of them if the food court and the bathrooms smell bad or if theres urine on the floor put up or shut up if you dont like the place go to park meadows, cherry creek, flatirons or the orchard I have never been in the food court or bathrooms before so i dont know what its like experiencing it I feel like the place really did look like a prarie dog graveyard A LOT

I am trying to decide the ONE outlet mall that I have time for when going to Denver next week for business. I ran across the reviews about developers poisoning the prairie dog colony despite having people willing to relocate the prairie dogs. Poisoning is a horrible way to die. This was a chance to do business in an ethical and sensitive way. Of course, one wonders if the world is better off with sensitive, intelligent creatures allowed to thrive, or if we need another fake Coach Outet? I will not be visiting the Outlets at Castle Rock.

Not a great place. All the good unique stores are gone. Only the big boring brands are left. The one reason we come to this mall is because there used to be so many different stores, big and small to shop from. Bathrooms are disgusting and food court is just hopeless. Talked to some of the stores currently there and they said they are going out of business too because the greedy California owners keep raising rent. Wont be back again. Save yourself some time and just go to Park Meadows which is 12 more minutes north of Castle Rock.

I love the reviews some people put up on these.. It makes me wonder where youve been living. Must be some kind of Rockefeller(stay at home mom) if youre complaining about service at an outlet mall. Maybe you should check out public bathrooms in a different country if you complain about urine being on the floor.. shut up. The place is great.. Timberland outlet with wonderful prices.. and great apparel. Eddie Bauer Outlet saves you a lot of money. I love going to Ralph Lauren here.. theres always a great selection.
