I have mixed feelings about this place. The NIKE store has to be the best place though. I always find the best bargains there. You could get a pair of Jordans for a kid for $29. The same shoe at Footlocker would cost about $89. I get all my running shoes there. I pay about $29-$39 for them. The same shoe would cost $59-$99 at Academy. Second best store is the Disney Store. I get all my kids Disney print shirts there for about $3 each. Ecko is always running 50% specials all the time, so I can still look cool at a good price. The worse place has to be the Levi store. They run specials for jeans at $49 but I can get the same Levis at Walmart for $19.99. I just dont get it. I would rate this place better if the Levi store wasnt there or if they would just drop there prices to an outlet price. Something like $20

A great resource for those living north of Lady Bird (town lake) in Austin. Though not as nice as the Prime outlets in San Marcos the travel time here is always less for those on the North Side. Entering the complex while traveling from Ni35 is easy. however, there are 3 entrances off the frontage road. The second and 3rd (also next to Bass pro shops) are less busy and have better parking. The north end shops tend to be higher quality. The south east side the cheapest. not sure how it segregated itself but here we are. If you check in with the app or on social media you frequently get coupons from the offices. Most arent worth the effort but every so often something really good pops up. 5 minutes of effort might be worth it for free.

Let me be honest and state that I only go to outlet malls maybe once or twice a year, mostly to buy work clothes. With that said, the San Marcos one is humongous and has a great selection, but its completely intimidating to me. Therefore, I prefer the Round Rock outlet, which is much smaller and easier to navigate. Yet, the selection is still decent - Converse, Le Creuset, Nike, J.Crew, Banana Republic, BCBG, Theory, etc. So its like Ben Affleck choosing Jennifer Garner (approachable, nice, slightly under the radar) over Jennifer Lopez (big, flashy, intimidating, high-maintenance, definitely in the spotlight) - Id rather choose the accessible outlet mall in Round Rock over the extremely crowded and flashy outlet mall in San Marcos.

Totally loved Round Rock Premium Outlets! they have the best stores and everything is like half off of the original price! believe me, i shop. they have michael kors, nautica, theory, bcbg, white house black market, miss sixty, american apparel, ralph lauren, marciano, burberry. my sister came in for the week and we spent as much of the day there as we could. we even left and came back later in the evening for more shopping! really clean and kept up and a nice place for kids run around outside because they cant go straight into the road. they have little play areas right outside the shops (coin operated riding toys.) i was really impressed but mostly by the caliber of shops. really great and worth it!

While it was my first visit to their Austin area iteration I could have easily closed my eyes and been in Orlando or North Georgia where Simon has carbon copies this outlet mall, right down to the food court and many of the shops. Typically not enough to earn more than three stars from me, however a bonus star here for the amazing "back to school" sale we encountered. Sadly those bonus points quickly evaporated like the sweat off our brow as the heat in this outdoor shoppers havent was nearly unbearable. Misters anyone? Head for the air conditioned restroom, have a Coca-Cola, and imagine youre at one of the cooler cousins to this mall.

I purchased shoes from finish line in the outlet malls in RR. I took them home put them on and wore them for about 10 minutes. I took them back and explained to the manager that I purchased them on Sunday wore them for about 10 minutes and they rubbed my ankles so I wanted a refund. She would not refund them because they were wore for 10 minutes. how are you to know if a shoe fits properly if you cant wear them for 10 minutes. Store manager was rude and unhelpful, Finish line customer service was unhelpful. Best not to purchase from finish line. There are plenty of other options in the outlet mall!

This is a great place to take the family. My kids love going because between all the stores are lots of machines to ride on. Around every corner is a little ice cream truck or pony ride. They have change machines so dont worry about bringing quarters. I would stay outside with the kids on the rides while my wife shopped. Pickup a coffee at Starbucks and get some bit size pretzels at Auntie Anns for the kids and youre set for a get little outing. Youll save a little money at the stores, but Ive found that there arent any real huge savings.

Hey folks its always crowded here...a very popular tour bus stop as well...there is always a crowd...BUT with that being said its very clean...the groundskeepers keep the trash picked up and the entrances to all the stores looking sharp! An amazing selection of stores which offer some great deals. A little overwhelming experience with ALL the people but at least its spread out outside in a big area....maps strategically placed also let You know where you are and what stores are around you...parking lot is clearly marked and BIG!

I enjoy visiting this mall. There is enough variety, that a shopper will usually find what they are looking for. It is located in an area that will be exploding with other shops over the next couple of years with Bass Pro Shops opening in 18 months, and more restaurants opening each month it seems. In and Out Burger just opened up here as well! If you are looking for gift cards, stop by the customer service desk in the food court and pick a few up. We do this routinely for our staff as contest give aways at work!

Very nice outlets that gets very busy on the weekends. They have nice collection of stores including Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Disney, Jockey, Oakley, Bass, Nautica, Van Huesen, Coach, and Puma. While they have a food court and Starbucks, more legitimate dining options would help this place out. However, within a short walking distance from the outlet is a collection of many very good restaurants. I would just like to see some better options inside the actual outlet grounds. Visit during the week to avoid heavy crowds.
