These guys. There was a autozone employee moping around and slowly installing a battery in the parking lot. He ignored all the other customers as he walked inside and out three times. I think he was trying to get his ducks in a row. "Battery, check. Oops I need a ratchet. Oh yeah, I need a socket too." The only other employee was busy with his 20 minute long conversation (maybe longer since it started before I arrived). The details discussed in this conversation were completely redundant and only extending the conversation for a prolonged amount of time. This did not necessarily bother me since the customer participated by repeating cover subjects already. I would like to think if I worked here I would at least greet customers and acknowledge their existence. Especially since there were many of us waiting. Maybe Im too old school and times have changed. When I finally came into existence I got what I wanted quickly without an extended conversation. I give an extra star for that.

Second time Ive been here. The older guy who works who looks like slingblade is a racist. This last time I was in here waiting for help he did not want to come to me and when an older gentlemen who is Caucasian he surely was delighted to help him and skip me. Keep in mind Im half white but dont look it this old bigot needs to get with the times. He said he thought Ive been helped because there was another Latino who has been in there, we look nothing alike

Cullen and James are terrific....our jeeps alternator went out and I was stuck in parking lot. I was able to get it changed and James helped out with advise and some tools and charged my battery while I got the part changed. This is what a retail store and its employees should be. Wont go to another auto parts store. Thanks guys, was able to get some sleep after all!! The best.

The worst Auto parts store Ive ever been in. Every time Ive ever entered the store it takes forever just to simply get checked out. Clearly understaffed. The 4.4 review rating is impossible they have to have somebody repping it to to remove bad post.

Cullen is the BEST! He helped me put on my windshield wipers right before a storm, and he is so nice and helpful! I usually go to OReillys or PepBoys, but I will definitely shop here again instead of going other places!

Had to wait two extra days for a part that was supposed to be ordered and there already. Dumb and Dumber at the counter took almost 45 minutes to finally figure out it wasnt ordered. Horrible. Never will go here again.

If you go here definitely talk to an older gentleman named Mike he helped us out a great deal way better than the AutoZone on Pipeline those guys are a bunch of morons not to mention theyre all so rude
