Man I went in this place and Brent was very helpful! Rather than just trying to sell me everything in the store, or ANYTHING extra for that matter, he asked me questions, and told me what to look for before spending hundreds of dollars. I hooked my scan tool to my suburban and just asked for all the parts that it said in the codes. I am very thankful and hope to save some money by not using all my parts today. Thank you Brent for helping me like a person, rather than being the ol salesman, and also for being very knowledgeable with the things I was needing sir!!! Thanks, Pete Vermillion

I used to be an auto zone fan. Even joked about direct depositing my checks here I came in so often. This store is full of clowns now a days. Its an inconvenience for them to assist you in anyway. I was lied to by the manager in charge today. When I called him on his lie his response was Ive had a bad day ok? No apologies no nothing. I havent shopped here in 6 or more months but had some rental tools to return. Go to oreillys or Napa dont waste your time here.

These guys were great. We ordered the wrong part online and had to return it. I have them the wrong account information so they couldnt find it in the system and the manager had to call tgeir online order place. After he got the right information the return went smoothly and quickly. What was amazing is that even though I was sure I had the right info and I didnt, he still appologized to me for the delay! He gave amazing customer service.

My battery died and I did not register it for the warranty. Jesus and his supervisor went the extra mile and researced all my information to finally resolve that the battery was under my sons name. This store is accredited to be top notch in my book. Its great to have such wonderful customer service that are willing to go over and beyond to assist with overall satisfaction.

Went in to get a battery replaced. Michael C was very honest with every question I had for him. I had the pleasure to speak with him for quite a while. Such a great experience from this location. They have gained my business for sure.

My wife home down at the gas station next door the battery was bad she went to autozone and a they not only gave a great price but they also walked next door and installed it for her, thank guys

I have been to this store about 3 or 4 times. I’m always in and out in no time. Staff is very helpful and everyone always seems to be moving at a quick pace, which is good!
