I shop at AutoZone a couple times a year. On Monday I was there to replace an alternator, the service guy checked my alternator. He then asked if I had someone to install it. He gave me a businesses card to a company named Road Service 1. I called the company and road service 1 said he would be there at 6:30pm. I called around 4:30pm to confirm and was given a new time of 7:30. I called again to confirm and was told he was busy but would get there at around 8:00pm. Meanwhile I didnt get a phone call, but saw a text saying he had been there and checked my car. He also said I owe a bill of $75. What a scam. He couldnt have checked a locked car. I made the appointment to replace the alternator. Beware of this guy, hes not honest and will cost you your job if you work at a car parts store.

The store manager is completely rude and unprofessional to my question about my vehicle.he proceeded to ignore me talking and not showing respect to a person but only interrupt me as I was taking multiple times and talk negative about me in Spanish. As my experience today I will never give them my money for my car parts I rather go to advanced auto parts

The people there are so nice. My oil light came on because my car has problems (its old) the guy there named Seth was so kind to help me figure out what type and how much my car needed and he put the oil in my car for me. Btw Im a 17 year old girl who knows about nothing about cars besides what drivers ed thought me

Pleas remember that ppl who work in parts stores are not mechanics. you cannot diagnose a problem with your car accurately with jsut a computer scanner.
