This autozone gave me a counterfeit $100 bill when I returned a duralast battery that had failed under warranty. I didnt know it was counterfeit when they handed it to me, but I immediately went to the Chase ATM down the street to deposit the money and the ATM would not accept the bill. I was going to Houston to see some family for Christmas the next day and just took it with me to deposit in Houston, which is when I found out that the money was counterfeit. I called the store to tell them what happened and was told that they would give me more money since the counterfeit bill they gave me was seized. When I went into the store, I was given the run around and was told to call a corporate office, which also gave me the run around. I would never do business with autozone again after this experience.

I always look for customer service care, cleaness, organized shelves and products, knowledge of product and incentives. This Autozone gets perfect ratings on all points. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you get the what you need or will make sure you get it fast if not in inventory. I cant stopped saying enough good things about this location. Reward card holder and Retired Wounded Warrior, I get some good discounts as well.

I was in need on very short notice, a Alternator for my 1995 F150 Extended Cab Pick Up. They offered me two choices. A remanufactured or a new one. Well I was happy they had even one choice, I got the new one. The price was good. The service was good, and the part worked great after I installed it that morning. Very happy customer

Friendly! Favorite phrase "you have to go to the dealership". I went to see why my engine light was on and thats what a man told me. I went to the autozone in Fort Worth and they told me what part I needed, the cost, where I could get it cheaper, just helpful unlike this store.

Nick E was so helpful when our battery died in the parking lot across the street. Drove over once we got a jump and got a new battery that he installed for us and he even tested the alternator as well. Quick and very friendly!
