The tech told me it would take over a week to get my medicine in and that no other costcos had it. I agreed to have her order it and 1 hour later the pharmacist called me back saying they actually did have it in stock but the tech had overlooked it. I purposely came in on a Friday so I could avoid Saturday crowds. Also, my doctor had called in some medications at 10am and when I went in at 3, they hadnt checked their voicemail. The techs are never helpful and always rush me. Im taking my business to cedar park bc this one is too unorganized and the staff are just rude.

I love going to Costco in general, but I do enjoy the Pharmacy here, the employees are extremely nice in the Pharmacy. There is also dog medication that you can purchase here rather than at the Vet and that is really nice. It doesnt take that long to get your Rx filled either, I have gotten a few things filled here, the only downfall is that they are closed on Sunday, which can impede in picking up an Rx.

The pharmacy is just TOO busy all the time. Last time they told me to wait between 20-35 minutes. It has passed one hour and Still here... Go another place, I mean if you have to do things more than waiting.

I have only used them once but they seem to have better prices than competitors. They also accept most major insurance plans. I did not have a problem with my insurance.

Do refills online, ready next day pick no waiting. Only time I have waited is if doctor just sent In prescription and I got there before it was ready.

Called ahead to confirm prescription for pick up on next day. When I arrived they had no record of the refill call in. Had to wait 30 minutes.
