I came to this store yesterday around 7. I had questions about things and the girls didnt know... They more so looked annoyed when I needed help... So I grabbed just a brush because they werent tryna help me figure out what color bronzer I should get, so I just grabbed a brush... Im at the register and four of the girls are standing there just talking..So I said "Im just gonna get this , I held the brush up.. and the black girl with the mushroom wig on said Hold Up.. she was really doing something on the computer.. and the other girls were just standing there . There was another register I dont see why no one could take me there... But after 5 minutes I just left.. they made me so uncomfortable .. screw mac no more Mac for me.. this is not the first time where there customer service was horrible.. I went to Sephora after leaving mac

My girlfriend is a huge fan of MAC Cosmetics. Most..if not all of her makeup is MAC. This store does not give the brand the credit it deserves. When I say store, I mean the size of the store. It is maybe the size of a small bedroom which is almost impossible to accommodate the number of people that go in that store whether they are just browsing or buying products. Why 4 stars? The staff is amazing at catering to every guest that comes in especially when the mini-sized store is jam-packed with people that are needing their questions answered, concerns alleviated, and/or in need of personalized suggestions. The artists do not make commissions on sales, and that aspect of the staff definitely does not show, they truly have a passion in this industry and walking people though any situation they bring in the doors.

Im filing a complaint against Mac at Macys at The Parks at Arlington Mall. Jo wouldnt refund my item despite having the receipt and being unused. She lied and said cosmetics had to be returned within 30 days. I had to seek out a Macys supervisor to issue me the refund. After I was refunded I went and told Jo. She said, again, cosmetics is different and Mac is different. Two untrue statements. Im dissapointed that Mac employees are unaware of their own return policy.
