Right from the get-go, Ill say that I prefer Beauty Brands to Ulta. BB actually accepts Ultas coupons so if youre subscribed to both, just know that BB does honor Ultas coupons. Not sure if Ulta does the same for BB. Ultas $3.50 off coupons also cannot be applied to drugstore makeup which I think is annoying because theyre forcing you to spend more just to be able to use the coupon. If Im coming into your store, Im going to spend money regardless, so I should be able to use my coupon on whatever I buy. (Mind you, I usually spend at least $50 at Ulta). I know the location doesnt make those kind of corporate decisions, but still, its something the company should definitely change. This is my closest Ulta and Ive been here a good amount of times. Sadly, the experience is always the same and nothing really improves with each trip. The employees are knowledgeable about their inventory and the stores products which is great, however the vibe in there is a little snooty. About 85% of the time, theres no greeting when you enter the store, and the employees seem to only go the extra mile for you if youre buying high-end makeup only. Its really superficial and ignorant. Appearance wise, the store is bright and beautiful, but this location seems to think theyre Sephora and the attitude here is not something I think, as a customer, I should have to tolerate...and I dont tolerate it, hehe, I drive all the way to Beauty Brands in Watauga. Theyre smaller stores, but they have great sales, the people are nicer, and the vibe is just, overall, a lot more chill and pleasant.

I usually come in to browse or grab a lipstick that matches my outfit cause Im always in a rush when I leave my house. And luckily I work across the street from Ulta. So I would say Im frequently in here. Trying & buying. Ive always been told that they could look up my receipt if I used my rewards card when I purchased. Which always gave me even more confidence in buying products knowing if I lost my paper receipts they still have it on file. Well today I went in for a return seeing there was a line I figured why not look around and maybe just exchange it for something else. So after looking I didnt find anything I just had to have so I went to the check out desk (line now gone) to return. Told them I had a return and took the item out of my purse. She was half way through already looked the receipt up and everything and then stopped and listened in her ear piece and replied back a few times "no receipt" "okay" "alright" "got it" then let me know it wouldnt be in cash she would have to give me store credit. "why?!" Because thats the policy. What made me mad is I feel like I was profiled and it just didnt sit right. I was 5 seconds away from getting cash and then bam nope changed there mind. It went from nice to RUDE in .001 seconds. So I said I would try to find the receipt and be back. And when I come back Im returning everything Ive baught and will not be shopping here again.

I will not be returning to this store again. I went to get my eyebrows done for the second time by the same lady and she really messed them up! The first time was great and that was months ago but today I looked in the mirror at the store and they looked fine but then I noticed she cut the tail off...I told her it wasnt a big deal. Once I got home I examine my brows some more as Im washing my wash and the brows are two different shapes, one is WAY too thin while the other is thick and I told her more than once how I wanted them and what not to touch yet she did anyways. Shes nice and we chatted a bit but today must have been an off day, I did sense some tension with her earlier before it was my turn in line. I hesitated to give a tip but I felt it would be the right thing to do. I rarely get my brows done and felt confident that shed do them well again...NOPE! All I can do is wait for them to grow back and try not to look back at that $23.00 that was burned in my pocket. Ulta needs to step up their game with professional employees because stuff like this makes people leave and never come back.

Ive shopped here consistently for about a solid year now. I will say, last year it was touch and go but has improved alot. If you need your hair done, go to Elizabeth. She is bees knees and knows what she is doing. If youre needing fragrance assistance there is an older lady with redish hair and always reminds me of the old movie stars from back in the day. She knows her fragrance. The estee lauder girl, blonde gal with lashes to jesus, she knows her skin care and her makeup. There are a few other absolute gems there too that make this place so much better. The product stock can be dreadful sometimes but honestly it is because of how much foot traffic they get here. Over all, id recommend this location.

Why do they lose so many hairdressers? Three time in the last year, Ive been called on the day ody appointment to tell me that who ever in had an appointment with no longer works there. And that is just me it has also happened toy daughter for different hairdressers. Those that do work there are hit and miss so you never know what you are going to get. Sometimes its a great haircut and color sometimes it sucks so bad that several months of reworking a haircut or a couple of years of growing off bad hair color. Someone with experience managing needs to take control of the salon and revamp and hire better and Ulta needs to look at their internal practices to see why they lose so many hairdressers.

Me and my friend come here often, and our past visits were alright (mostly ignored by staff.) But we just left quite angry. I was looking at lipstick and this older staff member accused me of smearing lipstick on my hand because she saw lipstick on my hand already, which was from TESTERS a few minutes before. When I denied she just repeated herself and walked away. For the next 20 minuets she followed me around and watched me non stop like I was some kind of criminal. I do NOT like this, and I dont plan on going back. From the other reviews I see Im not the only one having problems with the staff. I suggest you fix your staffs rudeness ulta.

This is the worst ulta I have ever been in in my life. My wife reguarly goes to this store, and the staff is rude to her, insesently, for no particular reason. There is a woman there that gets angry every time she touches any of the Lancome stuff, which is her favorite brand, and cannot for the life of her actually pronounce the brands name. This ulta refused to provide my wife with her gift when she became a platinum member, and nearly forced her out of the store. This store is always messy, always smells weird, always needs to be zoned. I need to stop allowing us to go to this awful place-- were better served in Euless.
