I loved shopping there and they used to be nice, but in the past month or 2 they have been so rude every time I ask them a question. For example one day I went in there and I was looking so a setting spray so I found one but they only had the tester out of I went up to a lady ( Im pretty sure she was the manager that day) and I said " excuse me maam but I was wondering if you have any of this setting spray left, maybe some in the back?" And she said rudely "what makes you think we keep stuff in the back, nothing back there that you need" and I was just so shocked that she would be that rude and Im only 16 years old but still you have no right to be so rude to me, I am a paying customer and everything I get there I pay with my own money that I earned for the job I have. And so I just walk away and asked another lady if they had any stored any where and she was so nice and just took me right to where they had it. ( which it was in one of the drawers they have under the makeup) and she handed it to me and I said thank you. And another time I went in there I was looking for stuff for my eyebrows and I was walking back and forth and I was confused but all the sales ladies were just talking in a group not paying attention to anyone in the store, and so I say excuse me can someone help me i have a question please. And one lady said yeah give us a second. And so I waited and no one helped me. And then a lady came from the back and saw that I was looking around and came walking towards me and asked if I needed help so i got all my questions answered and said thank you and as I was walking away the lady that told me to wait a second mumbled under her breath And said well if she could have just waited a little longer I would have helped her. They are just so rude and disrespectful and I have heard that they are closing the store, and honestly Im happy they are. I never want to shop there again

In the kindest way possible, you know that your hair is messed up if you have to go to supercuts to get it fixed. Baley cut my hair a week ago. Im fairly easy to please with haircuts, but man! She didnt listen to a word I said. I left with a blunt long bob with strange layers that now bounce up, despite asking for a completely different cut. I also showed her a picture of how my hair used to be short and what I was going for. She proceeded to tell me that my hair looked "stringy.. just saying". Her many rude comments didnt stop until she noticed me giving the side eye to my Mother, who tagged along to watch my newborn. After this, she toned it down a notch. Ive always been a loyal customer to my Ulta in Austin and was hoping I would have a similar experience at the one here since moving. Bummer!

I love Ulta! What woman doesnt?? The reason I gave Ulta 3 stores because the way I was treated by the staff. I was shopping with my son and my mom, I was in the aisle with my son, and he wanted to go with grandma, who was one aisle away from me. I let him run just across the floor (Im watching my son) and an employee saw him on the aisle and stopped him and asked him where his mom was, and of course I stepped in and said I was mom, my son was still saying he wanted grandma so the employee FOLLOWED us around the store until I got to my mom, then questioned my mom if she was grandma. I found this offensive because yes, I am a young mom and she didnt believe me when I said he was my son. Im definitely not happy with the way she handled that situation, it was rude, disrespectful, and offensive.

Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... So its Friday and I have always been an Ulta Salon fan. I called to make an appointment to get my hair cut and style. They said they could get me in at 6:00 pm. I am new to this area in Fort Worth. I was getting off work and the salon was 1hr and 15 min away. I made it and they said that because I was late they couldnt fit me in. So long for the one hr trip for nothing. The employees at the front desk were very rude and the one girl finishing up a blow turned around and shouted No, she has to much hair. I have never felt less than at UlTA... last time I will ever come to this Ulta. For they way they treated me I would recommend go to the Ulta in Irving on MacAurthur. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE there. They truly live up to there business values...

Usually have a great experience here, however today I came across an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member. I cant remember her name, however when we asked her for assistance in finding a lipstick shade, she was absolutely no help. She came across as rude and unfriendly and told us to go stand in the extremely long checkout line to ask one of the cashiers instead. Very unhelpful and not a good experience (with this particular staff member). So much so I felt compelled to write this review about her lol, other than that the store is great!

The ladies here are super sweet and willing to spend time with you, especially Kat. I come fairly often and Ive not had any problems with customer service. I usually come in sweats and no makeup on and here they dont seem to notice that, but at Sephora they almost shun you for it. Much calmer experience here, with prices that can match anyones budget. Sign up for their email loyalty program and they send good coupons all the time. Plus- you can always go up to them and ask questions. Theres plenty of people willing to help.

I asked for an angled long bob and even showed pics of what I wanted. Instead I got an out of date haircut with random layers that arent consistent. The front is especially hideous. The angle doesnt start until the center of my head and the front is all chopped off. I could of done a better job cutting my own hair with my eyes closed. My hair will take forever to grow out now until it even looks remotely decent. They dont give their employees proper up to date training on hairstyles or any training for that matter.

I have gone into this store two or three times to pick up something and always swear I will never go back. Yesterday I needed to pick up polish for a pedicure. I was ignored by a total of FIVE sales people. I am older and do not dress in four-inch heels and wear the latest styles, but I do have a well-paying job, and I have money to spend. There is a Sephora location in the same shopping center that also carries OPI products, and I will go there exclusively from now on. They actually treat me like a person!!!
