Im buying Mac for 10 years, always I spend good enought money and the people are so nice, this last weekend I was there looking for Eddie wich always help me to pick up my make up and try some make up on me, they said he is in another store, I wait 20 minutes, i spoke to 3 diferent customer service rep let them know that I would like to buy my make up if they can put it on my, wait again, the store was without customers and Im still waiting when they are in the back room, the manager came out and he said I have to pay extra 60 dollars for him to put my make up that I already bought there. I ask why , they always put make up on me, he said no with him, after make me wait and spend 200 dollars and make up, they are in the back doing anything, I will never return to that store. thanks Mr trey Saxon, you lost one more customer.

This is one of my favorite MAC locations. All the ladies (and gentleman) are wonderful and will help out each other while they have a customer if needed. I went in several months ago needing all new make up. Liza was able to help me and matched me perfectly and I loved the look she gave me. Needless to say MAC is my life now. I needed a last minute make up application for an event that I was working and once again the MAC ladies came through for me. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment to come in and have my make applied for the event. I needed a mystic look and they nailed it! Thank you ladies (and gentleman) at MAC Willowbend for helping me every time I come in. See you all soon!

Take my advice- DONT go here if youre looking to get quality and friendly makeup advice. My experience here at this location was horrible. The "makeup artists" were strait up rude and snobby. I know youre wearing 6.7 pounds of makeup on your face, but that doesnt make you better than anyone. Im so so so sorry your life path brought you to work in a Plano mall- really I am- but theres a little thing called "customer service" and it goes a very long way. Ive used MAC for well over 10 years and Its sad that I would get treated the way I was. Horrible staff.

Im rarely on this side of town but I made the trip because this location was recommended several times. I came to this location to have my makeup done by someone else for the first time ever and it was a great experience. I was greeted by almost all of the employees that morning, very nice staff. I had my makeup done early in the day and it lasted into the wee hours of the night. I received a ton of compliments all night. Im very happy I went to this location.

This is the second MAC store that Ive visted after I started wearing MAC, and it will be my last! I love the customer service, the location inside the mall, and the knowledge base of the reps! Ive gone on to buy other products that I had no clue about because of the reps knowing their MAC products, so kudos to this team! I would have given 5 stars but it takes me 45mins, but oh so worth it!

The worst. Every time I go here the customer service is awful. I went in this evening and received NO greeting. No one offered to help whatsoever and while looking at the lipsticks one employee kept reaching in front of me without an "excuse me" or even acknowledging that I was there. Its 7:30 on a Wednesday. Its not busy. Manners go a long way. Guess Ill stick with Sephora.

The first time I went the experience wasnt very great, the guy gave me the wrong color that didnt match my face, the girl wouldnt touch my face or barely hand me the things. I came back a few months ago and have had nothing but great experiences. I love, love, love, love MAC!

My experience here was great I didnt get the name of the guy that helped me cute funny white dude with tattoos and piercings :) told me its better to buy makeup than meth lol thanks for your help Ill be back to get some lashes put on my naked eyes

Casey was so amazing and took great care of me! I asked for an "ice queen" look for a promo photo shoot and brought some pictures and she NAILED it! Will definitely come back. The staff is super friendly and helpful!
