I just left the CVS on Broadway and was there between 12:40pm - 12:50pm. As I walked in I was not in a suit by any means, but I was profiled. The gentleman and woman at the front counter were going over paperwork on a clipboard, and I stood in from of them for over 20 seconds. Since I was never greeted or acknowledged, I then started to walk away. As I walked away the gentleman then said "maam did you need help". I then declined and explained that I was standing there for a long period of time without being offered any assistance or even greeted. He then yelled at me "yeah, you just walked in" Then I called back when I arrived home and explained to the young lady that I didnt appreciate her manager being unprofessional and told her I needed a money order. She then replied with "well even if you needed a money order the machine is down anyways" ( which it wasnt), and then hung up the phone on me. Definitely my first experience being profiled and Im 31 years old.

Two guys behind the counter talking to old lady customers while Im waiting in line holding an embarrassing product not easy to hide was, to say the least, an aggravating situation. They were talking about the presidential election. I understand being nice, but it doesnt take two cashiers to ring up an old lady nor should conversation hold you back from serving a customer. After about five minutes, I lost my patience and asked them if someone at the pharmacy can ring me up. Thats when the cashier who rung me up asks, "Oh, youre ready?" No, I was just standing in line holding an embarrassing product during peak hours because I find it fun.

The pharmacy is understaffed and run poorly. I waited 25 minutes and had to walk out because they kept dealing with other customers out of order from arrival. Another time they didnt have my prescriptions, needed to order them, notified me they were ready, but when I arrived he said they werent. I pressed the issue and he looked and found the second prescription. He then told me to wait 20 minutes or so while he fills the prescription. They must not understand that customers time is valuable. No apology, no concern, no expeditious service. I recommend you just find a different pharmacy. I will.

The worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. Im currently waiting at the window and have been for 15 minutes and nobody has acknowledged me. I came to the window this time because last time I went inside and recieved the same service. I was ignored for 20 minutes and then it took 15 minutes to get my prescription because they never filled it when I called it in. Pick a different pharmacy. Convenience isnt worth it.

Pharmacy was quick and attentive. The staff was able to verify my insurance and get everything squared away in 15 minutes.
