Lux Interior

Just out of the hospital with the wristbands still on and prescriptions in my hand. When I went to the checkout counter the pharmacists said I needed to go to the consulting window very rudely. Well if you ask me why is the drop off window closed. Open it up to prevent confusion. Then the tech got my prescriptions and said she had them then said one wont be there till a week later. I told her I needed them asap. Im sorry have a good day. Mmmmmm no let me call a different CVS. What ever happen to customer service. This is why I prefer Sam pharmacy I told the pharmacist I always get a smile, a thank you and if they dont have something in stock " we can call another Sams location if you like and or get it sent to this location. Now I know why this location is never as busy as other CVS stores. They might as well close it down and open Albersons back up.

Three times weve gotten emails and texts that the rxs are "ready for pickup " WRONG! Absolute confusion by the pharmacy staff. No proper face to face, and no phone etiquette, AT ALL. Never their fault and its always a system issue.

short handed had to wait forever while pharmacist to get of phone and near heard her say anything to person. must have been on hold. the phone keep saying one pharmacy call. check was quick to answer thou.then I was forgotten

This store was clean and quiet. My partner and I couldnt download pictures because in this store you have to connect wifi or download the app. The staff greeted us when we walked in and was nice and polite.
