Their customer service is great BUT their cars and deceiving sales men arent. my husband and finished purchasing our VEHICLE from the over 2years ago and when we went to trade it in for the carfax came up with way more than what our sales guy had showed us. IF we had known about the car being stolen, airbags not deployed, car being seized, and other damages then the "MINOR $500 front end damage, that was fixed" we wouldnt have purchased the VEHICLE! Thankfully we never got into a major wreck. But it now all makes sense because of all the issues we had with it. I just want people to be aware and to spend the money and get YOUR OWN Carfax done so you know what you are buying before its too late. My husband and I should have been smarter and got our own but we didnt know any better and trusted them. It was our first used car purchase. We live and Learn! so Buyers Beware!!!!

automasters is a great place to purchase a car...excellent service Bobby and Loren are awesome!!! we went two weeks ago looked at a vehicle and when we went back to purchase it they had sold it but Loren found me and my family a better car for less money!!!! I would recommended going here the staff is awesome.

Nice people but they sold me a 2011 mustang thats been having a lot of problems. Looked at the carfax and nothing was seriously wrong with the car. Ive only had the mustang for about 5 months and had more problems with it then with my previous car (2000 Altima) that I had for 4 years.
