I sent someone to your store to buy a car. The salesman or whoever it was told my friend that you couldnt give us the referral, because we bought our car in another city. I know thats a bunch of crap, because I asked our local carmart and they said you could. I would have given you no stars, but thats not an option. I also called corporate and cant anyone on the dang phone and no one has called me back.

Car mart in Prattville is the worst place to get a car. 1. Who sells a car 2 days later motor blows up few months later transmission fell out while driving. 2. Motor blows up in another vehicle 3. Everything brakes but the person driving the car. Just to let you all know these are all different customers. Im sure this review wont be up long before car mart deletes it!

Was going to buy a car today had all the paperwork done when the manager came in told me I would have to pay another 300 dollars down after I agreed to pay 600 a month for the first 6 months walked out and want be back and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them

worst service! Highly dissatisfied with our local carmart. My Fiance and I recently purchased a vehicle from here, havent had it but 2 months and we are already habing issues. When we asked about it we were not helped and now are without a vehicle
