Will NEVER buy another vehicle from here!! Our Sales man was nice, but that is all I can say. They came back with 2 counter offers that were not much lower than the asking. It took 3 hours with a toddler in tow (all through lunch). Toddler was beyond done. Then was sent into finance office to finish all paperwork and was treated like we were bothering them. They tried to slip in an added warranty without telling us. Well, they played the old switch cup with us. While we were concerned with the added warranty they changed the sales price back to the asking price. Unfortunately, we didnt notice this till it was too late. When you have a hungry tired toddler you cant do everything. Fast forward 1 week and we still didnt have the "new" car. We were told "it is getting tires". We finally got to pick it up a week later and things are now missing from the car, such as a front license plate that we requested to leave on and all the floor mats as well. Today, 1 week and 4 days after we purchased the car we went to get a tag and guess what? No title application was provided to us. We immediately called Lisa and she accused us of losing it. I have never been treated like this at any dealership and I live in Montgomery. Buyers beware! Maybe they treat locals better, but this out of tower will NEVER buy a car there again!

I brought my mom in to McKinnon Nissan and she bought a Nissan Sentra. Our experience was phenomenal! We started with Johnny who is the general manager and he was so nice. Then Kris helped us with the first initial cars test drive then he put us in goods hands with Toney. Toney was awesome!!!! He helped her find the right car for what she wanted to pay. He made all of us feel like we lifetime friends and was just happy to see us. I thank McKinnon for all they done for my mom. She is so excited about having a new car. Once again thank you all at McKinnon Nissan!!!!

Called and quoted a price given by another dealership. The sales manager said he could beat the price. Drove over and picked out what I wanted. Sales manager gave me a price $2200.00 more than other dealership. When confronted with the promise he gave me, he basically called me a liar because he said there was no way I could have gotten that quote . I got the other quote out of my vehicle and showed it to him along with a bank finance statement. He still did keep his word. Not a good experience. They do not keep their promises.

The Salesmen here are amazing!!!!! they are all so friendly and helpful. They always offer me drinks and snacks. They always get my little girl a balloon when we come in. even if we are just in for a quick service they come by and check on us. The receptionists are all so sweet too. Thank you McKinnon Nissan for always being SO great to me and my family!!!
